Yesterday I was walking between campuses at my job and noticed a woman walking about 75 yards in front of me. Arms were failing , legs were moving at mock 5, she was carrying too much s~~~, and her neck was rotating like she was looking for someone important. I was walking 30% of my normal speed because my knee has been a little sore. I passed her easily before the next building. She said something to me that I couldn’t really hear, so I just said good am as I passed.

My ex wife was not like this, my ex wife actually was a hard worker and didn’t play this game. It reminded me of most dates or girlfriends I had after my divorce. They always seemed in a panic to get from point A to point B. They made big presentations if they did a simple task like clean the kitchen. Most of the time they wouldn’t even finish the job. One gf had a craft project where she bought $500 worth of s~~~ and only completed 2%. I remember towards the end of that one asking her if I can throw it away or if she is gonna take it to her apartment. She got mad and worked on it for an hour. When I broke up with her I threw out the box of mess.

My job is hard mentally. Everyday, I’m facing problems that I don’t know how to solve and there is nobody to ask for help. You just have to never quit and the work will pay off. Easier said than done because there are times when you question your value and talent when you can’t solve the issues. Just keep fighting. Fake Hustle won’t work in my working group, eventually you will be exposed.
I have seen many people wash out, male and female. Most just snap and quit. They all have the same attribute of Fake Hustle. Talking a great game verses actually solving issues are two different concepts.

You may not be getting recognized for your efforts at your job. The Boss might even like the fake hustle guy/gal more than you. Heck your boss is probably one of them. Just keep learning and pushing yourself. There may be hundreds of people at your job that don’t actually work on anything. Just keep grinding on your craft. Bring a good attitude and work hard. The only reason I’m still employed and paid very well is because I am an expert in my field. Im not employed because of my gender, sexual orientation, race, or country of origin. I’m employed because when all the fake hustle employees were drinking coffee and eating doughnuts, I was in the lab banging my head off of the walls learning!

You’ll be easily replaced by a gay, person of color, female recent college graduate at half your salary. That’s the current model that is being pushed as socially progressive. The University and Media are reflexively socially progressive.

I disagree. They need to keep one person who can get things done.

One of my current customers has 5 women who go to meetings and make the promise and one man doing the work.

    Just rolling down the road

Im not saying they aren’t going to get rid of me. It will happen. What I’m saying is that my value as a employee isn’t in my job title. The hard work really has paid off. I solve problems. This is a skill that has value in today’s messed up world. Companies that experimented with social engineering in the workplace during the Obama years are realizing the talent they hired isn’t producing the same results. I am much more appreciated at my workplace than I was three years ago. Also, since going MGTOW monk I have been building more confidence in my ability to thrive alone. When I get let go, it won’t be a sad day. It will be a new opportunity to learn.

I have to disagree. This only works if you’re gay and you’re flamboyant about it. If you’re too masculine you get the same treatment any str8 man would get.

True, but the problem is that libtard bubble-dwellers have no connection to reality any more.

One of my current customers has 5 women who go to meetings and make the promise and one man doing the work.

That’s okay for a while, but ultimately it’s unsustainable. That’s why everything is starting to collapse.

So gay is not an affirmative action hiring attribute? I did a little digging and found that there was no difference in hiring based on sexual orientation for men. So gay men don’t need affirmative action. Unmarried lesbians however are discriminated against according to this one small study. Being married, straight or gay, gave women an advantage in interviews.

The researchers did not find the expected differences between heterosexual men and women based on their marital status in the evaluation of the videotaped interviews. However, there was a significant three-way interaction such that single lesbian women received significantly higher hirability ratings when compared to married lesbian women, and married heterosexual women received significantly higher ratings compared to single heterosexual women.

The study revealed that sexual orientation interacted with marital status in women’s ratings but not for men. Men’s ratings did not significantly differ based on marital status or surprisingly sexual orientation. Interestingly, married heterosexual women received higher ratings than did married lesbian women.

Based on this research, the authors suggest that hiring managers should recognize that marital status, gender, and sexual orientation biases do effect hiring decisions and introduce unwanted bias.

After the hiring takes place and day-to-day office social norms kick in, a gay man who acts “straight” is much more apt to absorb a woman’s man-hate than a big pink drag queen would be. The former can be, and often is, an easy stand-in for a simp, or a cuck, or what have you. It’s an easy trap to fall into if you’re “butch”.

thats the guy from Silver Linings Playbook. Love that guy. The scene where he is explaining how his wife and new kid, is suffocating him… then starts talking about listening to Metallica, screaming and punching sh!t to get the frustration out. lol

Unfortunately, no more actual work will be accomplished after he is replaced.
    Enter China, India, etc.,.

    Agreed.
I think being gay doesn’t count unless you constantly remind everyone about it.
It’s sort of a hustle in itself.

I’m not gay, but it’s pretty obvious who is, unless it isn’t.
The flamboyantly gay ones get the attention they crave.

I think the same often goes for races, too.
A “normal or white”-acting black dude often gets treated like a white guy.
    No deference or preferential treatment.

It’s the outspoken ones, or the always-angry ones that everyone tip-toes around.

As far as China, India, etc. go: you usually get what you pay for. I’ve spent the majority of my work time over the last 4 years unf**king a design that an Indian company f**ked up. The had a slick USA-based office and promised a team of engineers in India that could solve any design problem for cheap. They didn’t actually HAVE a team, though. They merely subcontracted to freelancers.

So, I’ve got hardware that was designed by 3 people. It’s actually not TOO bad, aside from some baffling design decisions. And, I have software written by 4 more, and it’s an absolute dumpster fire. Add to that an undocumented bug in the processor silicon that nobody previously caught, and the whole pile of s**t has kept me securely employed. That’s the silver lining.

    You’ll be easily replaced

Not easily if you have any actual skill at your job. Quickly, unthinkingly, suddenly maybe, if your employer is a fool, but not easily when they find out the hard way your quota replacement can’t actually do the work.

    gay

In my experience, gay men are still Men, and make excellent employees. They tend to be more reliable than some heterosexual men, because they are less likely to have their lives uprooted by some woman, which is always a detriment to work performance.

One of my current customers has 5 women who go to meetings and make the promise and one man doing the work.

And when that man leaves, your customer is fucked.
