Everyone I am sure you have heard the myth of the gender wage. Please go to this site, listen to the audio (or read the transcript). A woman named Claudia Goldin, an economics professor at the Harvard explains this myth and outlines why this is a myth. Link is as follows: http://freakonomics.com/2016/01/07/the-true-story-of-the-gender-pay-gap-a-new-freakonomics-radio-podcast/
Please let me know what you think.
If it costs you your peace of mind, then it is too expensive.

Anonymous1I’ll leave this video here if you don’t mind…:
Well I’m pretty damn sure that everyone here already knows that the gender wage gap is bulls~~~ 🙂
It is a common failing of childhood to think that if one makes a hero out of a demon the demon will be satisfied.
Well I’m pretty damn sure that everyone here already knows that the gender wage gap is bulls~~~

Definitely bulls~~~. Otherwise, women would be hired instead of men.
Awesome video thanks for sharing!

its just feminist bulls~~~.
Women work less hours in stupid jobs.
That’s why they´re payed less.Would you pay the same for a waiter as for a brain surgeon? NO!
Why, because anybody can be a waiter but being a highly specialized professional takes talent, work and years of instruction.
No serious economist takes it seriously, just like very few cops takes the 1/4 women will be raped in college seriously. However, they are amazing pieces of propaganda.
It’s just such a shame that the enemy has perfected the art of propaganda, while “our side” is pretty damn bad at it. Feminists realized that if 95% if what you say is subjective, emotional trash, then the actual 5% that seem logical and quantitative will be taken more seriously.
Really, if you had 4 daughters, according to the feminist statistic 1 will be raped in college. Why would any parent send their daughter to a college?
If you could pay women 23% less for the exact same job, we would need quotas to get men hired.
Warren Farrell explained it well.
Men – dangerous, outdoors, long hours, travel, stressful, responsibility, education, technical, risk taking, dirty, less higher purpose….
Women, the opposite. Low stress, indoors, meaningful, fun, safe, shorter hours, gaps in employment for babies, demand flexibility…
