It’s all political for these college campuses and if you know anything about politics, then you know that it is a ridiculous game that unfortunately affects peoples lives. What John Doe should do is, along with taking legal action against Amherst, he should sue each individual member of the
adjudication panel and set a precedent in law that will make all other colleges and universities stand up and take notice.
