This ex f~~~ buddy emailed me today. Brief history between us. She was suppose to be this black, independent girl with good morals…as you can probably tell, it was all s~~~. She manipulated me, wanted to be my girlfriend, physically and verbally attacked me, threatened to kill herself and etc. All the red flags you can think of. It happened while I was with her for a whopping 2 weeks!! So today I go through my emails and I find her email. <Hey! I hope everything is good with you . Your mom , brothers and grandma. I know it’s probably not the best thing writing you but I thought of you a couple of times and I wanted to see how you are and say hello.> mind you she has never met my grandmother. The time she met my family was an accident because they came over and I told her specifically to stay in my room. But no, she comes out and introduces herself and I just look at her like really? After that, I instantly think why in the hell is she emailing me? What does she need? Since turning mgtow, I don’t play this s~~~ anymore. But hey, guy needs to f~~~ but I don’t know about putting my dick in crazy again. Your thoughts guys

I deleted everything about her. Told her in person that we’re done and to stop contacting me. Changed my phone number and phone because of her! I can’t change my email because I’m taking these test to be in law enforcement and I already put that email in.

I would stay as far away as possible. I would not delete her emails though, you never know when you will need EVIDENCE that she contacted you…

BadKan’s advice. DON’T delete or tamper with evidence.

That same rule applies to law enforcement, and when you are dealing with crazy, you never know when that evidence (potentially of her harassment) may be useful. You hit delete and you do her a favor, not you. But do not respond … “anything you say can and will be used against you” … so just shut up, but do keep us appraised of the situation.

We’ve all banged a crazy bitch or two in our lifetimes it seems…..her contacting you out of the blue is quite normal. The real issue is to make sure that door stays closed. My loony ex-wife still contacts me from time to time, and at first I responded. Keep in mind that children are not involved and we are not bound by even the remotest financial obligations.

My mistake?

Responding to her. I was brought up in the traditional nuclear family household with four….count ’em four …..sisters. I was raised to be a gentleman by loving parents, and even through all of the trials & tribulations of dating whack jobs in my teens & early adulthood…..I was conditioned (ordered)…to be polite & kind to the female gender. Even if they were evil.

When ex lovers, wives, etc. contact us……we must recognize the reasons why.

1. In general, women are not solitary by nature. They are needy social creatures that crave attention. They even seek attention by complaining that they’re getting UNWANTED attention. This is amazingly common. Pay attention to this paradigm if you haven’t noticed it already.

2. Women use the back burner on the stove just as much as the front burner. It’s a sense of security for them, as they’ve been conditioned to use people (especially men), to get what they want. A lot of it has to do with the idea that they don’t want to lose their initial investment.

3. Our exes will also seek validation by contacting us. They relish in the idea that we’re miserable without them and we need them around to complete our happiness.

whether or not you go back is up to you but just be aware of what she will be thinking if you respond. She will automatically assume that you feel the same we she does. She will think you have been thinking of her too. This will feed her ego and she will begin to think she can start her process all over again. It’s an automatic procedure for her. After all, you know what she’s like and you’re coming back for it. It may seem harmless to go get a quick booty call but that’s how all traps seem to the prey.

Listen to this man. You have nothing to gain by contacting her back. So don’t. Even the amusement you’d get by replying: “Who are you again? I don’t remember you at all.” isn’t worth it.
