Considering that 99.999% of females are AWALT, and 95% of males are cucks/blue-pill, it seems we will never run out of red-pill triggers…lol…
My personal coping methods are humor and thinking to myself “….glad it’s not me”

A few of my favorites :

1) Post-wallers trying to convince themselves and others that ‘they’ve still got it’….lol..
2) Cucks happily handing over their nut sacks to ungrateful c~~~s that publicly parade them as ‘slaves’.
3) Hive c~~~s that compare each others’ mastery over their simps.
4) Hive c~~~s that compare each others’ Chads/Tyrones.
5) Commercials trying to convince everyone that c~~~s always deserve ‘MORE’…..and that their simps are stupid losers who are lucky to have them.
6) TV programs (see 5) above)
7) Movies that ‘prove’ every c~~~ ‘deserves’ princess status….regardless of her actions/attitude.
8) Blame shifting.
9) Gaslighting.
10) Feminist demands that men must remain ‘traditional’, while women are free to abandon tradition ‘at will’.
11) Endless, mind-numbing female drama, chatter, complaints and nagging.
12) Endless attempts to cut men off from friends and family.
13) Womens’ Lack of logic, accountability, empathy, honesty and loyalty.
14) ….

I think the biggest flaw in women (and probably many men as well) is thinking that the rules don’t apply to them. For example, I don’t think there has ever been a woman in the history of mankind that realized she would eventually hit the wall. You can see all the movies, tv shows, read the stories about women that were hot “back in the day” and ended up alone and bitter, with nothing but her two cats Ben and Jerry. They can even know those types of women in real life. Hell it could be her own mother. But that same woman will think the wall doesn’t apply to her right up until the second bounce off of the wall, and then wonder what the hell happened.

Now, combine that with the laziness of knowing that you can treat people like s~~~ because you haven’t hit the wall and have a vagina. And then wondering why you can’t continue to be a bitch after bouncing off the wall.

That WOULD trigger me if I still gave a damn. But I don’t. So good luck sister.

Stop watching tv. If you want something to watch start a video library on DVD, not Blu-Ray due to the amount of constantly changing DRM (digital rights management) on Blu-Ray.

You can find entire older series and movies on DVD that you watched in your youth that are now very cheap to buy.

Look into older games and such. Avoid Steam, but there are other online video stores that offer a selection of older games very cheaply which are still fund to play without the DRM software overhead.

Take up a constructive hobby. Build things, paint/draw, write stories, practice/compose music, learn to cook.

Basically, bide your time. Because time is the most valuable thing you have. To take end get out of debt and find a decent paying job you like that offers you plenty of free time to enjoy.

The SJWs/progressives/globalists are slowly going more insane by the day. They are starting to self-destruct. When that happens opportunities for the future will open up one way or other.

Bob Dylan, man, you have a lot of triggers. Ha. There is still some stuff that can set me off, but most stuff doesn’t bother me anymore because I basically live in my own world and even though I typically have to interact with stupid people daily, I can just blow it off, because there’s nothing you can do about it anyway. The stupid people will always be stupid. I do what I gotta’ do to survive and then I go home back to my world and live the way I want to live.

Like TaxGuy said, I don’t give a damn. There is really something to the NFG attitude. It’s helped me.

Faust said something about a hobby to distract you. I just bought a new shotgun and can’t wait to bust some clays with it………as well as the next nasty armadillo that comes digging in my yard. I’ve been trying to use a different gun each time I shoot one of those bastards. Last time I used a 7.62 x 39. Before that was a .45 ACP, 556, .38 Special and the very first one was with a 20 gauge pump action shotgun. I’m anxious to see what a 3″ 12 gauge from my new semi-auto does to one.

I don’t hunt, but target shooting and varmint termination is a very enjoyable hobby for me.

Not just that, but women are poor long-term planners. Usually about what they can spend today, and not save for 10 years in the future.

When women seem to have long-term plans, it is not strategic brilliance, but simply that they are dogged strategists and stick with what is the standard plan: find a husbank, then suck him dry.

An example is chess… gf unable to think more than 2 moves ahead… tends to mirror my moves if I’m playing as white. I snookered her into checkmate after like 4 moves because she mirrored me too closely.

I’m really anxious to see what my new 10mm pistol does to one of them also. The one I shot with a .45 ACP went down fast and didn’t twitch much at all. I’m expecting something similar with the 10mm, but hoping for a roll upon impact.
