I was f~~~ing p~~~ed when Verizon dropped the Funimation channel from its service. On that channel, I could watch all the anime I wanted.

I watch the “Bad Girls Club” because it takes place in Hollywood where I used to live and they go to all the clubs I used to go to. A real blast from the past.

But the main reason I watch it is for the physical fights between the girls. Almost every episode leads to a girl on girl brawl.

Reminds me of marriage. But it’s all happening to women. Sweet reality seen from through the female lense.

Shows have been on a rapid decline since great recession. Consumerism was severely down, so they had to market every show to dumb meat holes as they are the primary spenders.

The current crop of television shows are horrible .. and getting worse. It must be a new bunch of female Millennial producers that are coming up with this stuff .. or better said “coming down” with it.

I watch very little TV .. nothing off the air, only recorded
… from decades ago, some that I still enjoy from time to time.
The sitcoms of the seventies and eighties were for the most part .. pathetic. Many shows were nothing but fluff, yet there were some gems hidden in there that I still enjoy.

There are really entertaining horror films from back in the 60’s and 70’s. Even in black & white .. some great stuff.

Casablanca.

Go way back and remember “Let’s make a Deal”, Mannix and possibly Columbo. Hogans’ Heroes had good acting. There were some real entertaining ones buried in these.
Some of the early Sci-fi shows like .. X-Files, The Lone Gunmen, Millennium.
I also like the early home improvement shows .. HomeTime, early This Old House, Victory Garden and New Yankee Workshop. I enjoy Bob Ross on painting.
Lots of British Shows .. Blake’s 7, Red Dwarf, Michael Palin travel, Monty Python, Fawlty Towers, Avengers and New Avengers, Ballykissangel, All Creatures, Keeping Up Appearances, Are You Being Served and Good Neighbors … great acting. The old “Great Railway Journeys” .. decades old unbelievably good stuff. Some of these never made it to disc and you need a VHS player to see them.
Classic Doctor Who .. I watch one most every evening. Very early Robot Wars was and still is entertaining for me.

Star Trek (certain episodes), DS9 (all), Babylon 5 (all), B5 Feature Films, Crusade, Avengers (UK), Phil Collins .. many concerts from the 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s.

Would someone please tell the people producing contemporary cooking shows that shaky-cam in the kitchen isn’t a good thing .. and viewers don’t like it. It’s everywhere. Has anyone directing these things ever heard of a tripod?

The funny thing is that I don’t have cable or satellite and don’t watch anything current or contemporary. Everything I watch is from the past .. and even then, it’s only once in awhile.

Who the f~~~ has cable or satalite anymore? Get hulu/netflix/amazon and watch whatever you want. Those old shows are on there at the click of a button.

Yes today’s movies music tv shows and all forms of entertainment are mostly trash and have been for a very long time.

I will say that I enjoy my 600lbs life. It is in the same vein as intervention and hoarders. I like seeing other proles stRuggles and seeing if they make it or not.

I have an old Black and White TV with a converter box connected so I can get weather and traffic in the morning. I know it is going to stop working at any moment since it is over 30 years old.

When that stops working, I am not replacing it. A fellow MGTOW, IT-GUY (lurks here but is pretty stealth otherwise, said I can call him this) gave me a flash drive full of old radio shows, movies and TV shows. So much older and better programs are available, I just stick to that.

TV has been crap for many years. knew it when I saw sitcoms of the 1990’s stealing whole scenes from classics like I Love Lucy. When they went to digital, I didn’t miss it and only got out the old black and white for the mornings.

I caught a glimpse of the movie Avatar recently.
Viewed it through red pill lenses and had to shut it off because all I could see was “S.J.W.” in big bold letters across the screen.

Also saw The Princess Bride for the 1000th time.
Its blue pill as hell, but f~~~ me its still funny.

I have a 60″ 4K setup going on, only got it as a gift to myself after going MGTOW.
..Its fun to yell at and turn off in disgust.

The latest dumb c~~~ show is “SMILF”. A glorification of white trash single mothers, she literally has sex with some rando with her kid sleeping on the same bed. Yes, I have noticed not only what you stated but also the outright vile debased and hateful noise most programming is.

TV barges into YOUR home blarring its filth in almost a screaming fasion TELLING you to do this not that and DEMAND you buy this or that. TV DEMANDS obeidance.

TV programs and personalities used to be respectful of the viewer. They used to THANK you for ALLOWING them into your HOMES and ASK that you try their product or services often offering DISCOUNTS.

There is not a shred respect for the veiwer of TV from programs, perosnalities, and adverstisers anymore.

When I finally connected all the dots I chose to rid myself of the nagging demanding entitled self righous c~~~s that are TV programming, personalities and adbertisers. I sold my TV and still do not own one. I unplugged and unc~~~ed from the c~~~ that is TV. For that I am much happier to state simplily.

Despite the c~~~ TV is ever notice how it is put on a pedistal? Folks buy the largests and most expensive TVs they can. Sounds like a landwhale doesnt it? They also spend large amounts of money for cable or dish. Sounds like the landwhales food doesnt it? Not only that, said TV is mounted on the wall or set in a large and expensive stand accompanied by other expensive electronics. Sounds like the plantation doesnt it?

See TV for the c~~~ it is and unc~~~ I urge you. There are plenty of other viable ways to get the information of value TV also has. The almightly internet has those answers a few mouse clicks and keystrokes away! Not to mention have you ever seen a news paper loose its signal?

I quit watching TV years ago because the programming had gone to s~~~ and it seemed like a waste of time. I haven’t missed it for a second. I’ll occasionally watch movies or old shows on DVD, but that’s it. Can’t do the streaming thing because of data cap on internet service (my only option for “high-speed” internet is satellite — no cable or fiber even runs to my rural community).
