While funny, this video is right on the mark. Reminded me a lot of my first ex. Women don’t want you to solve their problem because they want the drama. In fact, in most cases, the problem was initiated by them so they could have a drama party and invite all their friends.

Solving the problem is being a party pooper.

I’ve seen this in my family and extended family so many times. Hell, I’ve seen it with my own parents even.

The only thing is, my dad is oblivious to the nail in my mom’s head. THAT SHE PUT THERE!

And so you sit there and listen to the rambling, the longest ramble I have sat through is 90 mins non stop, I couldn’t interject, she talked too fast. I forgot every word as she said the next word, I turned it into a game, nodded, smiled, “mmm hmmm” noises, by the end I was exhausted and stressed, she said she felt better though, until the next time anyway.

I figured out a long time ago that If I wanted to play their game I had to pretend the nail wasn’t there. However, I never bought into the ” You can be right or you can be happy” mentality that some men have with their woman. Now I play another game…..I just pretend the nail and HER are not there. POOF my stress melts away!
