    Anyone here ever see it?

    bootleg?

It seems a lot of men here are older, so maybe. I was born in ’91 so I don’t know how popular it really was back then. My introduction to Lynch was through 2010 budget game Deadly Premonition, through which I learned of Twin Peaks, and with the Return have only recently decided to look into his other works.

Obvious to me this has very much to do with the stress of raising a child. I’ve not been through this myself, never really want to, but my brother and his girlfriend did have a little girl. Don’t think marriage was ever on their minds, but fortunately they seem happy with her. Even so, sometimes I worry, as she works far more hours and yet drinks a lot when she is home, and he doesn’t have much a support system to help out(we live a few hours away, and really don’t have the free time to go over every day).

This movie does feel a bit exaggerated, but perhaps someone who has gone through it can put in their $0.02?

It comes off like a bad surrealist art school thesis film. It’s mostly weirdness for the sake of weirdness.

However it’s fun looking for Jack Nance in Lynch’s other films and others.

it was a movie that was a cult favorite.
kids would bring all sorts of drugs and alcohol ,
sit there and get high while watching..
other Lynch movies were less cult like,
blue velvet was also strange but far more composed.

Love the film. You can interpret it a multitude of ways. However, never watch that film when drinking goldschlager. Just don’t.

I don't hate women. I just feel better when they're not around.
