Anonymous1well — lets not stop there, eh?
Pay and conditions of employment
Salary: Unions NSW Trainee Grade 1 – $57, 869.48.
Personal Leave: 10 days per annum (accumulative).
Annual Leave: 5 week’s annual leave with 17.5% leave loading.
Long Service Leave: 2 months after 10 years’ service.
Superannuation: 9.5% employer contributions and 11.5% for female employees.
Paid Parental Leave: 52 weeks leave including 22 weeks paid parental leave or 3 weeks paid parental leave non-primary carer. Here’s the thing feminists don’t understand about the pay gap. Men make more money than women because men do more dangerous work. Men work longer hours. Men don’t take leave of absence to have children, they don’t drop down to part time, or whatever. Employers think about that. Men have no choice. We don’t get sabbaticals, or leave of absence. Except in rare instances.
We have to go to work every damn day, until we’re dead. Society expects no difference, and frankly, neither do women. Women will do the more “dangerous” work when it comes to publicizing it for their movement under the guise of “equality”, but once the cameras stop rolling, who is back doing the jobs? The men. How many women are welders, how many are working in construction? How many are electricians, or pipe fitters, or crane operators, or high rise window cleaners, or farmers? How many are building high rise buildings, or working on electrical lines for electrical companies? Expecting all of the benefits without doing all of the work is NOT equality.
Men make more money than women because men do more dangerous work.
As a mining engineer, I use to work with heavy drilling rigs and high explosives. Dynamite/ammonium nitrate/black powder/detonators/fuse wire. A guy I was working with, blew off two of his fingers with a det cap. One time I nearly got killed by one of those $2M underground loaders.
A tranquil mind is neither happy nor sad, it is uninfluenced by external conditions.
How can this be legal?

Anonymous1How can this be legal?
that is one very good question — we have anti-discrimination laws, which include discrimiation by sex. I’ll keep an eye on it.
How can this be legal?
Because you can’t discriminate against The Man. The Man is keeping everyone down and they are raging back against the machine. Plus, they probably have a quota to fill and have to pay women extra to entice them to do real work.
On top of that, women live longer and therefore need more money put to retirement than men do. If you didn’t give her more, THAT would be discrimination. You heartless bastards, don’t you understand the plight of the poor woman? Men are lucky that they die earlier so they don’t need to save as much for retirement.
By the way, I wish I was kidding about that last paragraph but I have actually seen that raised as an argument.
Order the good wine
When I got out of the Navy I interviewed with the phone company. The interviewer told me to my face that I was exactly the kind of candidate they were looking for, but the lineman positions they had open had to be staffed by women. The reason? Affirmative Action. My ex GF was hired by the phone company that same year. 1979..ironic, isn’t it?
"Don't follow in my footsteps...I stepped in something."
Perfectly legal. “Discrimination based on gender” means “discrimination against women,” just like “racial discrimination” means “discrimination against non-whites.”
Anyone who doesn’t believe me feel free to attempt legal action against these f~~~s; see how far you get.
Women are better at multitasking? Fucking up several things at once is not multitasking.

Anonymous1No need for legal action – I found at least one legal exemption from the ‘equal opportunity’ bozos which allows this. So its legal.
