I can’t imagine being with that c~~~ in real life, what a disaster that would turn out to be. As we were finally cutting contact, she threatened to cut her wrists; what a bats~~~ c~~~!

I’d chastise you for spending your time this way, but I spent two years, shortly before I joined this halcyon site, “dating” a lovely young girl in Austria online. We spent probably 5-10 hours a week on the phone (skype) talking for most of that time. The occasional phone sex and sharing of porn, but mostly just whatever.

A week after pledging her undying love for me and discussing the niceties of emigration (me to there), she dumped me for a Greek guy whom she had apparently also been talking to online, and moved to Greece. Not sure how you’re dealing with yours; mine wound up mostly feeling sort of surreal and postmodern.

I largely justified it in that my longest relationship had also started long-distance, and we had spent eighteen lovely months apart before spending five and a half hellish years together. The months apart, with occasional dirty weekends, was frankly the best part of the whole thing. Regular phone calls and letters and emails and texts wound up being frankly better than being together.

They’re pretty much universally awful. The only relationships I know that succeed culturally are chasidic Jews and mormons, both of whom have lots of not-with-each-other time and lots of time-spent-with-other-men-not-with-the-wives.

Out of curiosity, what sparked the breakup? You said you broke up with her. I’m curious what the final straw was.

Definitely, she probably f~~~ed Chad many times already whilst she’s in college. I’m f~~~ing stupid for letting it go on this long. I thought I could fix her up and save her but I was just being a blue pill cuck and white knight, I thought she was a NAWALT, until I found her Tumblr. The first few years it was good but I was still a simp back then, then I started getting into anti-feminist stuff, then eventually I found MGTOW but I wasn’t fully settled on it. Well now I am. For some clarification, she pulled the wool over my eyes making me believe she was perfect. I knew she was slowly turning SJW as she said subtle things like “Hey, being gay is okay” after I say words like f~~~~~ jokingly around her. She also once mentioned she was pansexual and that’s when I became cautious.

I broke up with her after finding her Tumblr which was full of inane crap. Like sexual consent classes? The f~~~? She thinks Islam is a religion of peace and as a Sikh even I know that’s complete f~~~ing bulls~~~.
