The specs are extremely impressive…not as fast on the Top End as a Hayabusa (It tops out at about 165 mph), but lighter and can stop faster, it handles curves very similar to a sport bike. Average gas mileage is about 36 mpg (freeway) which gives it about a 160 mile range on a single tank.

It has a very nice Torque/Weight and Horsepower/Weight Ratios…it’s back tire has the same width as what is on my Triumph Rocket which is 300 lbs heavier. Modern Electronics with traction control, slipper clutch, different riding modes.

I have to say, I like everything about that bike except the look of it. The profile looks like it “sags” – even though it’s very comfortable it sit in.

In fact, it even feels like you’re sitting “in” it – instead of ON it.

I prefer the look of the Ducati Sport Classic or the Triumph Thruxton.
But I have thing for cafe racer / retro styling. So I’m biased.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

Wow that is a sweet looking bike. Will be curious to hear how you like it if you end up getting it. I like the look of the ones that have a splash of red on the frame and tank, pretty cool look I think. I recently got a Kawasaki Vulcan S, it is no Ducati but I love it for my first motorcycle.

I find it gorgeous, but in the same way as the original V-Max was pure sex on two wheels.

It’s way more than I need though. I thought about it and I’ve intentionally gone over 85 about ten times in around a million miles of driving.

More so than anything else I don’t need that awesome exhaust note urging me on. I’d probably be to keen to listen.

Enjoy it if you get one.

I failed to realize in my youth that I was the prize. I was going to work. I was going to earn. Little did I realize that due to feminism, that no longer meant I had to share. Road soon, Desert after.

It’s not a bike for guys who like working on bikes (unless you really like working on bikes). It’s better than many duck offerings for that, but that’s not saying much. Basically it’s good for 15k miles and then you have a big bill at the duck shop. Then you’re good for another 15k miles until you get another big bill at the duck shop.
