I’ll get to him in a minute. But first:https://thinkprogress.org/what-affirmative-consent-actually-means-ea665b32b388#.u1ivfchpt
(you don’t need to read that, linking that is just to show there’s no misquoting)
“The supposed threat of false rape claims continues to be trotted out to undermine efforts to enact sexual assault reform, often by so-called “men’s rights activists” who are worried that feminists are primarily interested in victimizing them. In reality, false rape allegations are very rare, comprising about two to eight percent of all reports for a crime that’s already vastly under-reported.”
Feminists use the “only” 2-8% of rape accusations are false to say that MRA’s are just exaggerating.
Which is based on this study:http://www.ndaa.org/pdf/the_voice_vol_3_no_1_2009.pdf
From the “National Center for the Prosecution of Violence against Women.”
Which hardly sounds like a neutral source. Anyway, it’s a metastudy which cites Norton, R. & Grant, T. (2008). Rape myth
in true and false rape allegations. Psychology,
Crime, & Law, 14 (4), 275-285.As it’s latest study analyzed. Yes means Yes was enacted in 2014.
It’s intellectually dishonest to use statistics that were taken under no means no and apply them to the present yes means yes standard. People who don’t check the dates on that study and most won’t, will be led to think that even under yes means yes, young college women are so altruistic, “only” 5% (mean) of reports are false.
I say “only” in quotations, because 5% isn’t a trivial percentage. Only in the face of their 1 in 5 does it appear so.
To see where the 1 in 5 comes from:https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/fact-checker/wp/2014/05/01/one-in-five-women-in-college-sexually-assaulted-the-source-of-this-statistic/
From 2 colleges with a low response rate. The same department of justice released it’s 2014 study which contradicts 1 in 5 by bein several magnitudes lower as you’re all aware. This study covers a period of 1995 – 2013, pre yes means yes.
Which leads me to this prick, this mangina, Nerdlove who in 2016, is still going on about the necessity of yes means yes, when before it women were more likely to be assaulted outside of college. He has to be aware of that study, but he’s still on the side of the feminists on this issue.
Prior to that he was talking about how “hot” affirmative consent is.
.
“It’s the difference between “Dear God I want to f~~~ you right now” and “Yeah… I guess, whatever” when they really mean “no”.
The focus on an unambiguous yes (or a “give me your c~~~” or “I want you to eat me out right the f~~~ now”… you get the idea) ” – Dr Nerdlove.I haven’t met a prostitute yet who talks like that. Only porn stars say
that from scripts written by men. But thats the standard according to him. If she doesn’t talk like she’s Jenna f~~~ing Jameson with no pressure from you, it’s assault.
The he talks about how enthusiastic consent can be “hot”.
But more importantly, it’s hot.
Enthusiastic consent isn’t about a call and response for every step of the way; it’s not “may I touch you here? May I kiss you now? May I undo your bra?” It’s about dirty talk; grabbing your lover by the back of the head and growling “I want you inside me now.” It’s about saying all the nasty, dirty things you want to do to them and hearing “Oh GOD yes…”. It’s hearing “Yes, like that” or “Here, touch me here!”
So hot to know that she’s saying that (if women actually talked like that) only to keep your mangina ass from committing assault, and that you’re only saying it because you either have to because of Feminists and the Feds, under threat of expulsion and loss of thousands of dollars in student fees, or you must get the f~~~ off her immediately and pray she doesn’t take it badly.
That choice is just so HOT.
Oh and you didn’t ask permission to grab her by the back of her neck , ya f~~~ing jackass
Getting A Yes (Instead of Avoiding A No) – The Standard of Enthusiastic Consent
Hoookay, lemme get this straight.
If an innocent man tried to defend himself by telling the truth, then he is lower than a snake’s belly.
Did I get that right?
Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
Moral of the story switch off your sexual drive.
A MGTOW is a man who is not a woman's bitch!
Laydeez have so much trauma and drama.
It would be horrible to re-awaken all that pain for them.
The only humane option is to leave them be."It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."

That’s a long-ass rulebook on how to have sex.
–No means no.
–Hesitation or uncertainty on the woman’s part means no.
–Yes often means no.
–A woman can say yes but then change her mind (or simply become hesitant) at any point after that, which then means no.
–A yes obtained using PUA techniques should be treated as a no.
–A yes when drinking alcohol should be treated as a no.
–And so on.
This comunicates to me that women are retards. These women are supposed to be adults, but they can’t decide for themselves if they want sex. It’s up to the man to make that decision for them based on some elaborate rulebook written by a guy named Nerdlove.
We’re supposed to treat women like equal adults, but at the same time we’re supposed to assume that women are too stupid to decide for themselves if they really want sex or not. Or maybe women really are so dimwitted that it’s simply dangerous to have sex with them at all, because it can turn into rape at the drop of a hat. In either case, way to go feminism!
I would pretty much follow all these rules anyway, or at least ask the woman “What the hell?” for clarification. But to spell all this out and turn all this into a hard-and-fast rulebook is kind of an insult to women. Does the average adult woman really need to hide behind these kinds of rules? Does the average adult woman today really play these kinds of head games on a regular basis?
Woman: “Maybe I want to have sex, maybe I don’t. You figure it out.”
Dr. Nerdlove?
I’m not really sure how to handle consent.
But since I generally avoid women anyway, I don’t worry about it. If I were sleeping around, I might have to keep an attorney on speed dial.No means no. Yes can mean no. Alcohol means no.
She can change her mind after sex and claim rape. Texts don’t hold up well as proof of consent. And even signed contracts don’t hold up as she can change her mind. I used to think video surveillance might be useful, but in some states it’s considered a felony. At least fleshlights don’t complain or bitch at you.The figure of 2% – 8% of rape claims being false is what is false. Imagine how many men are sitting in prison right now on a rape charge they are innocent on. If we ever hear about a man who served time in prison for a rape he never did, it’s usually because he was somewhat known to his community (IE: A high school football star). This happens more often than we are told, and the courts refuse to persecute the guilty women who made the claims. If you go anywhere in public that doesn’t have security cams, better get out of there quick if there’s a chick alone in the same room.

Terrence Popp addresses the 2-8% statistic about rape reporting in his latest video. Transcribed from the video, at 4:00:
[ … ] I don’t know about you, but I checked out the Uniform Crime Report quite often, and every single year 25% of those accused of rape are exonerated by DNA. Another 27% recant the accusation once they are confronted by a polygraph. And what do these numbers tell me? Anywhere between 25% and 52% of all rape accusations are false.” [ … ]
Also, Terrence Popp’s video referred to an article from the National Review along the same line. The article basically says that 5% of rape accusation are provably false, and 35% have enough evidence or merit to at least result in formal charges or discipline. But the other 60%? They never proceeded forward for one reason or another, so no one can say whether the claims were false or true.
[ … ] Specifically, in their analysis of sexual-assault cases at a large university, the authors found that 5.9 percent of cases were provably false. However, 44.9 percent cases “did not proceed” – meaning there was insufficient evidence, the accuser was uncooperative, or the incident did not meet the legal standard of assault. An additional 13.9 percent of cases could not be categorized due to lack of information. That leaves 35.3 percent of cases that led to formal charges or discipline against the accused. So there is obviously a lot of uncertainty here, a lot of he-said/she-said when allegations are filed. It would be a mistake to conclude, on the basis of the existing evidence, that nine out of ten assault claims are genuine. [ … ]

In reality, false rape allegations are very rare,
Only by feminist reasoning, because feminists do not consider things like “rape by reconsideration” to be a false rape accusation.
They also conveniently ignore all the false accusations that never go to trial because they are so patently and obviously false. But those false accusations still come with some horrible social consequences for the wrongly accused men.
tl;dr: Feminists lie about rape. Feminists lie about rape statistics. Feminists lie. Feminism is a lie.

Yep reminds me of the college tramps that will quickly empty a bottle of jack or stoli, spread their legs, and in the morning realize they let a guy in their c~~~ without getting some kind of resource from him before spreading and go for the rape claim.
