Advice for Generation Snowflake. Reality check for new college graduates…

It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion, it is by the beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shaking, the shaking becomes a warning; it is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.

It all depends if the market values your passion.

My passion is STEM. It is now paying ok. If your passion is gender studies, food stamps only come out once per month.

Love is just alimony waiting to happen. Visit mgtow.com.

I have a variety of passions. The only time I follow them is if they’re profitable. Otherwise, I take the best route possible to make money to pay off my debts.

I followed opportunity first and lived frugally and saved as much money as I could to buy my freedom. Then I followed my passion to have my own business, which turned out to be a good idea. Now I follow my greatest passion which may financially ruin me but I believe in living well and dying poor.

My advice to young people is always the same: “Do what you CAN so you can do what you WANT.”

The long version… find a task that you are good at which is also valuable to other people and then do that task. Use the resources you acquire from that to pursue the activities in your personal time that give you happiness. You need only produce as much as you require in order to be happy so don’t waste your time and effort producing anything more.

That, in a nut shell, is my secret to a life well lived.

My passion is working on my muscle car.

My job pays well enough to support that passion and more.

I believe the USA is 17-19th in the world for STEM grads.

Passion does not equal profit in most cases..

I think it’s all about finding a good balance between passion and being useful to others and also current life situation.

Earning money is a priority though, only then comes whatever I like doing.

No idea for life/career + illusions of having a useful passion + perservering in low-skilled and low-paid job = wasted time.
