A Florida doctor working at a Florida USA “After-Hours clinic” is under criminal investigation for loosing his temper with a female patient. The “victim” has a one minute video supporting her story while the doctor has witnesses to her verbal abuse over a hour long argument.

She of course was not the only patient being treated.

Wonder where the law enforcement officer was that might have resolved this situation. Once again, a persons belief that they are entitled to benefits before all others will result in a law suit that will drive up prices for everyone else.

    ————————— Excerpt from article ————————————
Gallogly, the physician, wrote that the video shows only the final moments of an hour-long argument, claiming that throughout her time in the clinic, Stipe had become “increasingly belligerent and abusive to the office staff, cursing them and threatening them with violence, because she was unwell and had been waiting to be seen by me for more than an hour.”

He said that even after Stipe’s co-payment had been returned to her, she would not leave.

When he walked into the waiting room to speak with her, he said, Stipe and her daughter “cursed and threatened me as they had done with the office staff previously.”

“At the end of the events, I most regrettably lost my temper, and spoke to the women in a most unprofessional manner,” Gallogly said. “I make no excuses for my unacceptable behavior. But please appreciate that the video is but the last minute or two of a very abusive tirade against my office staff by the two women.”

Having known me for 30+ years you KNOW what I think about this: but for the edification for those who haven’t known me so long I’ll explain:

The whole thing was a set up from start to finish on the part of the woman. It was a carefully contrived and executed plan to screw the doctor and/or the clinic out of money…period.

BY THE WAY compare and contrast the MALE doctor’s response with that of the post (several weeks ago) of the female doctor and her tantrum with the uber driver—what was her response: “OH that wasn’t me”

Yeah the male doctor takes responsibility, the female doctor has hamster wheel over-drive.

I wonder if the daughter just turned 18, and child support ended, and this was a new source of income plan.

Why did she feel she had to record the event?
    Certainly looks contrived.

Agreed. Goes to Pistol Pete’s point.

    Certainly looks contrived.

Check, especially when it was only the last minute.

Pistol Pete used to talk about law school students who went into businesses looking for opportunities to stage a scene to then initiate a lawsuit.

Right away in the medical field you learn to call security. If the office did not have security then the police.
