Well, i think another way to say this to convey a lot of the same meaning is, is to de-stress your life as much as possible. Stress does kill you, it shortens your life. Cortisol suppresses your immune system and also hinders your digestive system, where you intake essentials for upkeep and repair of the body.

The more you can avoid and reduce unnecessary stressors, the way better your quality of life will be. And since we are all different, you will have some things you do or avoid to reduce stress that others may find to be stress relieving for them.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

I was at a local bar last night. A woman came up to me and said, “I know you!” <—- scary!
Turns out she used to tend bar there when I USEDTO stop in there primarily to drown my sorrows over life after divorce.
I know the owners of the bar who always are glad to see me there. We all had a good time & I had no hangover this morning.

Bar Tender chic hit the wall HARD. Whiskey woman. WOW! Alcohol does BAAAAD things to a woman!!
She came in with a guy, and (thankfully) left with him too. I cudda been blathered unconcious and STILL not touched that!

That’s been my motto for a long time now even before I was divorced and was a big reason for my divorce. I felt as though I had nothing left to lose and just didn’t care anymore and started living my life the way I wanted, which the x didn’t like, so she kicked me outta’ the house and now I’m still doing what I want and loving life like never before.

Doing what I want is how I live always. Just me doing whatever I want in the man cave: sleep in, watch TV, news, Anime, drink soda and beer, listen to music, watch online porn, pay for man cave décor, download YouTube workout videos and doing constructive hobbies.

We’re men, we don’t have to do what some c~~~y woman or child says; we do our own thing and we are happy.
