Divorce is a billion dollar a year business. The modern legal system is set up to transfer financial resources from men to women. It is stacked against men. A man is presumed guilty of false accusations of rape, sexual abuse, sexual harassment unless he is proven innocent.

In the 1960’s domestic violence, stalking, and sexual harassment laws were passed.

Women now use these laws to their advantage in family courts to bring men to their knees; and to remove fathers from the lives of their children. False allegations by women of child abuse, domestic violence, and stalking are rarely questioned by judges for fear of being labelled politically incorrect.

The first person to file a divorce usually wins. And studies show women file at least 70% of divorces today. College educated women file 90% of the divorces. The man against whom false allegations are charged must prove their innocence while a woman proves nothing.

Child support is based on the man’s “earning ability.” There are stories on MGTOW of fathers who lost their jobs from circumstances beyond their control. Then the woman insists on back child support, and the man is thrown into jail. Debtor’s prison has become a politically correct means to control men.

Should a man be stupid enough to remarry, the second wife’s income is used in determining “ability to pay”. The female, on the other hand, can marry another man, and the “other man’s” income is never used to lower child support. (Fair, right?) Some men end up paying so much child support they have to move back home with their parents.

Family Courts usually believe, “the mother always makes the best parent.”

Children are often ordered to see a child psychologist when divorce is filed. The child psychologists often file bad reports against the father. Men are automatically presumed capable of abuse.

Most women win divorce lawsuits and in the process of winning, women often ruin men. In today’s legal climate, a man would have to be bat s~~~ crazy to get married. It’s like trying to beat Vegas- the house always wins.

Let me add to this nightmare scenario…….

My loony x-wife decided to go to the other side and play finger pool with a dike. Dropped me like a hot potato and dove right into Dikedom. What does she tell people about our divorce?

She was a victim of domestic violence. She wants to stay in the closet, and figures it’s easier to just drag my name through the mud. This view is widely accepted without question. No raised eyebrows, no requests for copies of police reports, no verification required. It’s true because she said so.

Here’s the kicker: When she does come out of the closet, she’ll promulgate that men are pigs……and the main reason why she’s a homosexual. And people will buy into it.

I’m right with you, Yaz. My ex filed a false domestic violence report with no previous calls to the police. Because of no previous calls to the police the OFP(order for protection) was thrown out of court. Then she claimed I had a gambling problem when I had never gambled in my entire life. I never knew what she was capable of until I went through a divorce. Right now not a single person believe a thing she says. Including the court system. How much money is there in preventing men who shouldn’t marry, from not marrying? And yes, I know that some in the MGTOWsphere will say “NO man should be marry” but I was looking, AT LEAST, at those men who, no matter the state of the world, are not suited for marriage. I am not sure there is a dollar amount, so the Blue Pill world will push the romantic delusions that getting married will fix all problems, and the divorce lawyers will continue to make money off it. And because the connection is not made, a man goes from one trap, to the payout at the end.
