That’s key right there. Have you noticed the white man is the only demographic that can’t “blame” anyone for anything when he doesn’t get his way?

For example:

• When a black person doesn’t get a job, they have the ability to say “it’s because I’m black. It’s discrimination”.
• When a woman doesn’t get a job, she has the luxury of saying “it’s because I’m female. It’s discrimination”.
• When a gay person doesn’t get a job, they might say “it’s because I;’m gay and they don’t like what I’m wearing. It’s discrimination”.

But the woman really didn’t get a job for the same reason another MAN didn’t get it. She doesn’t think it’s because her resume isn’t good enough, or someone else is better, or maybe she needs to study and work harder, she thinks it’s because of her vagina…. color….. or sexual preference and cries ” WAAHHHHHH I DIDN”T GET THAT JOB BECAUSE IM FEMALE!!! But when a WHITE MAN doesn’t get a job , he doesn’t have that luxury. He would get laughed out of the room. He is forced to accept he’s not qualified, experienced enough, or just plain not suitable. He never gets to say “It’s because I’m white male ” because that’s IMPOSSIBLE.
