Delayed Gratification
One idea that started me in the direction of MGTOW, is the idea that I no longer have to have any type of Delayed Gratification. There is no waiting in Mgtow circles. Instant gratification is more like it. If I want a steak, guess what’s for dinner? If I want to sleep till noon. Noon will be my wake up time. I can come and go and cum and go again. All hours of the night too. Free bird.

Quickly one understands there are always consequences to a destructive lifestyle. I was fortunate the “Instant Gratification” phase didn’t kill me. Drugs, alcohol, women, and even laziness all come at at a cost. In reality, living an instant gratification lifestyle is downright c~~~ish behavior.
Women play the delayed gratification card, and they should. There should be an exchange for access to the pussy. That’s the way this s~~~ works. The problem today is women are breaking the arrangement, after the man does the task, the woman has a headache, or the kids upset her, she finds some reason to void the gratification part to her male partner. So more and more men are saying ok then , forget the task. The delayed gratification game is for chumps and simps.
As a Christian, It seems to me that waiting for Jesus to return is the Ultimate Delayed Gratification game ever played. We toil on this Earth with a lot of struggle, till we go to heaven for eternity. Some might say I’m being set up just like women setup Simps. That Jesus doesn’t exists and He is never coming back. So don’t bother changing your lifestyle to follow a ghost. I could go on and on about how God has always come through for me, He has never let me down. I could cite promises in Scripture as well. How about this principle that most men understand “Hard work always pays off. “ , or “you reap what you sow”. If men set goals and work hard, it’s always a winning deal. There is always a payoff that is positive, even in failure. Only exception is when a man partners with a woman. The man that sows into a woman’s life, won’t harvest anything but misery.
Delayed gratification Is all about discipline, most men here have already figured that out. I have for the most part. I like being free to do what I want, when I want to do it, but now I see the fruits of my labor. The extra money, the extra time, the overflowing peace in my home. Delayed gratification is a good thing, just not when dealing with women.

Right after my divorce, I was celebrating way too much with alcohol. I was happy. Things were great, but I was drinking so much that one time I p~~~ed in my laundry room thinking I was standing in front of the toilet when it was actually my laundry basket. Another time I was p~~~ing off the back steps and fell into the puddle.
Thankfully, I stopped celebrating so much with booze. I still drink, but not to the point of being wasted stupid. I still celebrate my freedom every day, but not always with alcohol. Lots of times it’s with singing and dancing and always with praising God.

I’ve been alcohol-free since the 4th of July. I never told anyone but my siblings. I used to drink hard liquor for “instant gratification”. Now that I don’t drink at all the time with my kids is hangover-free. Many people including my ex have stated there’s something different but they don’t know what. I’ll keep them guessing. Some have said I’m louder and meaner. Maybe? I’m starting to like the sober life better and I never thought I would. Being c~~~-free and alcohol-free is paying off huge but I get to keep all of it without giving up a damn thing to the ex.

Why do you say that? Why do I need to pay for access to pussy? Why isn’t there an expectation that she exchange something for dick? Does she get hormonal releases and orgasm from sex as I do? If there was nothing in it for a woman, why would women ever knowingly participate in one night stands. Beware this trap.

Again, I have to disagree. I used to think this way, but do not anymore. First off, there are millions who toil on this Earth who are not Christians. At the same time, there are many who don’t toil, have a relatively easy life who were Christians. There were Christian kings and other powerful men who were Christians…not toiling. No where does it say that toiling and struggling is the road to Heaven.
What the Bible says is that though who believe, recognize their sins and ask for forgiveness will be in Heaven. Nothing to do with struggling.
So why avoid sin? Because of the real world consequences right now. It’s not a coincidence that much of the 10 commandments are logically shared by those who aren’t Christian or Jewish. Lying and stealing, and cheating, and such are damaging to you right now. To a Christian, not having faith and love for God has it’s consequences right here on Earth right now, not about delayed gratification for later.
If you think about it, it does not make sense for God to require delayed gratification. It implies salvation must be earned, that a mark must be meet. It’s also strange that omnipotent God would need such a proof.
The reason I used to believe in Heaven as the ultimate delayed gratification because it actually was the ultimate crutch. All the things I was afraid to do, or whenever I saw others get what I wanted, I failed back on “they’ll get theirs later, I’m saving it up for Heaven”…so to speak. It’s a karma idea, we all get what we deserve in the end. But it’s all BS. There is no karma. There is no getting what you deserve, not in that sense anyway. We all fall short of the grace of God as they say.
So if you want to follow God, do it for the here and now, for the betterment of your life now. Love someone because you want to, not for delayed gratification. I make no claims to be a saint my any measure. Not remotely better than my fellow man. I plan/hope to be in Heave one day, but I have no intention of earning my way there.
Or…just believe whatever you want.

Delayed gratification is what men do.
Women only do it when playing nice in order to secure a husbank. As soon as that objective is achieved, their childlike nature is revealed.

Problem was, there was one where I got too close. Emotionally too close. Seriously trapped under her spell and I started believing her lies and empty promises.
And that was pathetic. There is one thing worse than a beta and I became it for her: A well trained & broken Chad that crashed & burned when he woke up and realized it was all a lie. And in some kind of sadistic way she kind of enjoyed the process and eventually discarding me.
Left, shattered and broken. A shell of a man.
She rolled out for a beta wallet.
And only at that point was my awakening and evolution beginning. Like a phoenix rising up from the ashes – I had to survive it all and come to terms with the truth.
It doesn’t matter who a guy is: Beta, Chad, etc
All are disposable and replaceable in Pumpkin’s world.

Remain just close enough to get what you want from her, but also distant enough so she can’t hurt you. ………and she can’t hurt you if you don’t have feelings for her. The moment you lose control of your emotions, she has you. It’s over.
It’s taken me far to many years to learn this, but now that I have, life is so much better. Emotions……keep them to yourself and never let anyone else see them.

You can have emotions for a woman, just don’t let emotions override logic. Don’t trust her when you know you can’t trust her. Don’t give her money and expect her to appreciate you for it. Personally, I’m going to get involved with some sort of side hustle (Uber?) so I can get my debts paid off. When that happens, I’ll have a surplus of money each month.
