Dear attackers
I wish to inform you that, contrary to what ever you believe. Millions of men, in what is now called the “Western World”, have sacrificed, fought and died, and continue to do so. Not only on the military front, which I personally am quiet familiar with, but also the legal, moral, and political front for a concept called “Freedom”, which includes freedom of speech, freedom of choice, and freedom of association, for ALL peoples, regardless of ethnicity, gender, or what ever politically expedient word/cause seems appropriate for whatever your particular excuse is.
Perhaps you are unfamiliar with the benefits and luxuries you are afforded due to these sacrifices. Although I am highly doubtful of that, as you are, with every attack, exercising a privilege and right, paid for by others in blood, freedom, and livelihood.
Or perhaps you really do not understand, why MEN gave their lives and liberties, so that others like you, could enjoy the vast amount of “freedoms” we, of the western worlds enjoy today.
If you are a man performing these attacks, I would only ask why.
As a man, I would not shame you, nor try to manipulate your decision making process, I am only asking why, in order to better understand your point of view.
If you are a woman, I would remind you of the thousands of Feminist web site that call for the death of a major portion of the male portion of the human race.
I have yet to find a website that advocates the extinction or culling of the female portion of our race. At this site, our members actually defend women, believe it or not.
We as MEN, are a major resource in every aspect to civilization whether you or we, like it or not. Even when we, as individual men decide to depart the so called comforts of society.
As a matter of historical record, it was MEN who developed civilization, and societies.
I may not agree with everything every member here espouses. However this one particular site affords me the opportunity to read, hear, listen, and discuss a variety of topics that affect me personally, and our gender specifically, and our roles within humanity as a whole generally.
Your attacks do nothing but reinforce the opinion that humanity is indeed participating in a gender war. Which in all honesty, will not end well for either gender, and will end even more drastic for one of the genders, and their purported identifiers.
Truly, hell hath no fury than when men put the earth to the torch.
Personally, it saddens me to know, and remember, that I have held, comforted, and watched my friends, and both allied and enemy brethren, bleed out and die, in a multitude of real life and real time events in domestic and foreign aid operations. Only to return home to be brutalized in “relationship wars”. Then people like you would attack the only place where people like myself may find solace with like minded people.
I have heard the refrain of “be a man” too often, as I bled helping others, for it to have an effect on me. So I, in turn will not advise you of the same.
I would ask you to think of the results, if men turned their fury back onto women as veraciously as women attack men. That is neither advocacy nor a warning, only sage advise.
May your gods guide you wisely.
