I am writing this for our young brothers.

If you work with Confrontational Unreasonable Narcissistic TormentorS, and/or they are your customers, I recommend the following steps to a peaceful experience.

    1. Keep the interaction short and business oriented.
    2. Be mindful of demeanor, body language, and voice tonality.
    3. Disengage as soon as possible.

Do not be fooled by their exterior. Therein lies a vile creature with no empathy towards others. In time, their selfishness will be their undoing.

Thank you. As someone who is about to attend vocational school and work for myself, I need this reminder on how to solve this problem.

I will add that a body cam is a wise investment, especially if they start assaulting you or creating false accusations. Also, if she is on private property, you can legally defend yourself, or escort her from the premises until she is on public property.
