Cutting the crap (Customer)

Today i told off a customer, he is my main income right now, but this guy treats me like s~~~ sometimes, when i came to take the money or if a i see him with his family in a restaurant, no greetings, bad faces, you know..

When comes the time to solve problems and help his stupid family business. I’m there, no matter what, any time, even if he is in a barbecue, drunked or whatever, no questions, no need to, all smiles and sunshine.

So i exploded today ,and told him meanwhile i was trying to solve one of his problems, he answered me in a bad way and i told him: ” I’m done, go f~~~ yourself, if you have problems in your life don’t bring me your s~~~, i don0t need that. I’m trying to help you out, stupid retard”

This guy starts talking like crying and saying how bad and ungrateful i am, and something about the commercial relationship is over forever.

I said:”Good”

I feel good, but still i pity the fool.

His son is a good for nothing, his wife just sign contracts and clean (everything is owned by the wife , he can’t have nothing IRS it’s behind him)

His family can’t stand him even his ridiculous kids a hypergamous girl and a stray cat in the future kid, his wife stays closer just because, he is working the whole time 7 days a week and without him the business will be sunk in two seasons (more debts than income)

But still i feel pity for him, not for me i can find a similar deal easy, but maybe the guy had a bad day.

Should i finished the deal like that? Harder or softer?

On the other hand: so many bad days?….two a month fine, but two or three bad days in a week?.

Well, tell me your opinions gentlemen.

* I forgot to mention that this guy tried to put his son in my place several times, a mess. He had to pay me again to rebuilt all those things that the ratkid broke.

Very true. We have debated adding a special ‘Asshole Fee’ at the shop. It will be automatically applied to anyone with a Resting Bitch Face.

Thanks for share your comments and point of views sirs,

As i thought,this guy has no place in my life.

He’s gonna cover me with a rain of bulls~~~ and bad feelings, as long as i stay closer to him, the pay doesn’t worth the effort, but beyond the environment of the work place will be toxic for me.

For a bad deal, there’s a lot of places to find where somebody will offer a lot of living hours to burn in order to earn few papers to spend or waste.

*Off topic reflexion about this subject:

I don’t know why. But everyday i live, i value my time more and more than the money or the consecuences related to cut with the things that i don’t feel fair.

Good for you for standing up for yourself. When people act out of line, it’s never a bad idea to call them on it. You’re letting them know that

1. “I do not appreciate your behavior towards me.”
2. “I will not allow you to walk all over me.”

My mechanics have a clay jar, nicely painted…..with the words ASHES OF PROBLEM CUSTOMERS painted on it. They try to deal with the problem customers nicely,but they have been known to send those people packing and told to never return. The shop has no shortage of loyal customers. Sometimes, in life, we have to put aside our wanting to keep a customer and tell them straight up to stop acting like a t~~~. In the long run, you would be doing the guy a HUGE favor.

You CANNOT negotiate with crazy! Their thought process cannot handle logic and reason. They counter with dysfunction and hormonal thinking. best not to let them get that close.
