C~~~s have it in for me today.

I’m standing in line for 5 minutes at an understaffed FedEx facility to drop off a package. In comes this power c~~~. I could tell it by the way she was dressed and the entitled arrogance she exuded.

The very first thing she does is to take up a position where she could easily cut me off when the next man was called. I get called, and she tries to jump line in front of me. I rapidly stepped up and used my body to deny her access. She gives me this look as if I am supposed to roll over for a woman. I simply told her the truth. “I was here first!”. I loved the eat s~~~ glare she gave me though.

I’m battening down some though just a TS if forecast is true. They’re kind of fun. I do need some non-ethanol gas for the generator, chainsaw, and top off truck.

You’d better watch that longer range forecast as it may curve into NE if things work out wrong for you.

An option for non-ethanol gas is AV gas at the airport. Pricy, but small engines love it….. Just a plan B if you need it. Stores forever too

I do it almost every week at the supermarket.
The cashier is so used to such scene that she usually start giggling even before it happens 😀

I must admit I do still let women (as well as the elderly and disabled people) go in front of me and I open doors for them.

Unfortunately in my case it’s become an ineradicable habit or instinct – I was socialised this way when growing up.
