Conservatives may be hypocrites, but not on this point. Last time I checked, it’s possible to want both small government and murder outlawed without being a hypocrite. Feminists want murder to be legal for them, illegal for everyone else.

Small governments would not enforce lawsuits of such a minor benefit.

Who in the end enforces the terms of a lawsuit? the government is required something that a small government should limit for the most intense cases (aka when you only really need one).

Its Glen becks choice to fire her and on a legal basis the only thing she is entitled too is her last check or her last payout (also known as the rest of her contract).

Not only this but she filed a restraining order which is another thing that is enforced by you guess it the government.

So this c~~~ is not for small government. Sure she may be for abortion but even still she is not some libertarian in any regard.
