I despise one of my co-workers greatly.
He is using sarcasm every time you say something he doesn’t like and overall treats u with such disrespect it gets me insane dealing with this s~~~ bag everyday.

How do you deal with these types?

I assume then you can’t just avoid him, never speak to him? Dealing with f~~~ed-up people at work got me interested in learning about psychology and specifically personality types.

I wanted to try and understand why f~~~ed-up people are so f~~~ed-up. Maybe knowing or understanding why they’re f~~~ed-up might help you tolerate them…

Biggest problem I have are the extreme narcissists.
They will NEVER accept your ideas, so I learned to breadcrumb facts, forcing them to draw the conclusion by thinking it was their idea in the first place.
Then s~~~ gets done.

I find minimal conversation works and most important DO NOT offer more information than needed. They will twist everything you say so use short sentences and act mundane.

Sucks dealing with idiots like that.
