Anonymous42Cost of living going up? Not really, with stagnant income growth the standard of living is going down!
It all depends on how you look at things and where you are on the economic ladder.
In laymen’s terms it’s called a collapsing society.
So, when I was poor, things cost less but I couldn’t afford s~~~. Now I’m less poor, things cost more, and I still can’t afford them. God damn it.
Hypergamy isn’t the only thing that floats.
Cupcakes are Cold. MGTOW is Absolute Zero.
“Let us wait a little; when your enemy is executing a false movement, never interrupt him” –Napoleon Bonaparte, 1805Everything goes up until it comes crashing down.
We are just seeing a repeat of the Hewlitt Packard school of economics in play yet again.
“Charge as much as the market will bear” is the motto. When people treat niceties, indulgences, and extravagance as NEEDS. The cost of actual needs rises exponentially to compete in the greed olympics, which in turn causes increased taxation (fees), and that causes people not to spend which in turn drives prices up more so someone can get their 1000% mark up price anyhow. At least until nobody buys their products.
There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it
For the poor… absolutely.
For the rich… nope.
The rich are getting richer, while the poor are getting poorer. This country stands between heaven, and hell.
If you’re rich, it’s heaven. If you’re poor, it’s hell. My aunt told me, when she first came into this country, $20 use to fill up the cart with food. Now? Good luck.
Take a look at the middle class, it’s dying.
If it’s hell for poor people in a first world s~~~hole, what about poor people in third world s~~~hole?
God damnit all to hell.
Money is God.

What should worry people is that the single most purchased products by the working poor in the U.S. are firearms and ammo. And this is one of the largest groups of people whom voted for President Trump.
Most of these people are just waiting for the other shoe to drop in politics.
Also, most of the wealth the “rich” have are inflated, printed U.S. dollars, which are only valued with the “full faith and credit” that the U.S. population will be there to back up that value. And revolt within the U.S. will cause the U.S. dollars to collapse in value.
Prices are going up for a reason, companies spend money on s~~~, so they just put the c~~~-cost in their products.
You can do your job with 40 men, but for sake of diversity you hire 40 c~~~s, those 40 men will produce like 20 men, and even c~~~s doing s~~~ all day long and surfing on facebook/instagram, they will nag to get the same paycheck of those 40 men, so you have two times more employees that will cost you 2 times more and produce 2 times less than the previous 40 were producing.IMHO this is what is happening.
I thought it was that wages weren’t keeping up with inflation. In other words, is stagnant while the cost of living went up.
This would be due to what companies were designed to do. Maximize profits. How are the working folks at the factory going to be affected by not raising the wage?
Who cares?
The workers do. Than they organize.
#icethemout; Remember Thomas Ball. He died for your children.
They can charge as much as they f~~~ing want for their bulls~~~.
I’ll soon be living a cashless existence in an equatorial forest where I’ll hunt, fish and gather then cook it all over a live fire without worrying about any bills or banks. There are already hundreds of thousands of people who have decided to go it away from their system of slavery and everytime they tighten the screws a little more there are more and more people who leave their nightmarish society.
Soon, only the rich and the slaving fools will buy in their stores.
Their system is a whore. Come out of her or be enslaved.
It’s up to you. It’s your life!Don't let them Blame, Shame or Tame you!
Give 'em NOTHING, not even an answer!
#GenderSegragationNow!They can charge as much as they f~~~ing want for their bulls~~~.

It’s up to you. It’s your life! It’s the Babylonian system. A system where evil prevails.
Money is God.
Inflation hasn’t been that strong in the past few years. Might change soon, or might not.
"Once you’ve taken care of the basics, there’s very little in this world for which your life is worth deferring." -David Hansson. "It’s not when women are mean or nasty that anything is out of the ordinary. It’s when they are NICE to you that you have to be on high alert..." -Jackinov.
And the liberals want a min wage of $15 per hour. Yeah, that’s gonna bring the unit price down.
Peace is > piece.
Counter to this, I read an article about the ‘moviepass economy’ is here to stay. Which is service provders selling you something on a monthly bill that you can take advantage of at deep discounts until inevitably the service fees go up. So in the specific case of Moviepass, for 9 bucks a month you can go see however many movies a month the one restriction is you can see the same movie only once so you can’t like go see Avengers 10 times.
9 bucks is at or below the price of one full price movie in most cities so you go see 3 or 4 movies a month and you’re getting a significant discount.
These kinds of service based offerings are increasing , you just need to take advantage. Now sure these are more luxury type of things, there’s no service for cheap milk, bread and potatoes (yet) but it could offset some of your ‘entertainment’ budget as the ‘staples’ are increasing.

I think our money supply pretty much doubled during the Obama/QE years. The books are clearly cooked. I wouldn’t be surprised if some time before Trump is out of office we see a double digit inflation % and fingers pointed at Trump like its his fault. He’s shaking things up, and the establishment clearly doesn’t like that.
Cost of living going up.
Right along with the minimum wage.
I think our money supply pretty much doubled during the Obama/QE years.
Obama printed monopoly money like it’s going out of style and STILL managed to put us $20,000,000,000,000.00 in debt. But all that hollow money was gobbled up by wall street, banks, etc.
Now as the economy starts tentatively running again under Trump, those ObamaBux are working their way out of the banks and into the real economy. It’s your basic delayed inflation poison pill for the next administration.
The solution is to gut the federal budget, pay off the national debt, slash welfare, and deport deport deport. Good luck getting those crapweasels in congress to do it, though. Collapse is inevitable.

Anonymous1This Federal Reserve system is a nightmare. The inflation rate has been increasing slowly every year.
I was looking at some old Newspapers from the 1960’s today. I was blown away at how cheap all the items were. I asked some older people what they were getting paid back then as a reference point. I can tell you 100% the wages and salaries have not kept up with the price increases. Not even close.
Workers caught up in the Rat Race today are like Rats on a sinking ship. No matter how fast you run and how hard you work, we are slowly drowning. Your savings will be worth nothing by the time you retire. You might be able to use it to buy a six pack of beer and a handgun to blow you brains out with. That’s the Economy as I see it.
To guys that are not married and do not have any kids –
The cost of living can continually go down on command based on how willing they are to modify, adapt and be frugal.
A single guy with a vasectomy determines his own cost of living. Has total control over it and can even thrive as the cost goes up.
Superior mode of adapting. Tactical advantage and frugalistic supremacy is possible.
(Note: I’m not even sure if frugalistic is a word but I’m baked out of mind right now and create words when I enter a different realm)

^pretty much this.
Wealth is a matter of what you don’t spend, and for a single, unencumbered man you can get by spending surprisingly little, especially when you don’t live on credit.
So long as you make more than you spend, you’re good. Any surplus is still a surplus. Just make certain you keep your surplus to yourself.

I live happily for under $3,000 a month
