Cool YouTube Channel – BBQ

I’m a meat eater type, and I found this BBQ YouTube channel I felt is worth a post. I saw a few videos and it looks like these guys make some good meat. I would, however, have issues with BBQ alligator. Makes my skin crawl.

I grew up near where you live so I can understand the aversion to gator tail. BUT having lived in the south now for 30+ years in Al/FL I can tell you that gator tail is delicious—besides better to eat them than they eat you!

I am not adverse to gator tail, personally. It is just that there other cuts of meat, off of different meat animals, that I like better.

Things with the chewing consistency of rubber bands (gator tail and squid included) are not as appealing to me as (let’s say) venison.
