Keep in mind that women are being caught up and punished in the “Yes means Yes” entrapment laws when women have sex with other women.

I am seeing a lot of this lately, where there are increasingly blurred lines between what is and is not consensual. Not even factoring in false rape and all that insanity. It’s getting to the stage now where men should seriously consider hiring a lawyer to draw up a legally binding contract before actually having sex, with both parties being signaturies. It is insane. Makes me glad I don’t bother with it any more, not that it was earth shattering to start with. Is it bad that I get more of a thrill from drinking my morning earl grey than having sex?

I’ve said before that it hardly matters (and had lots of members disagree with me) but I stand by my guns. If a woman lies and says you raped her, even if you didn’t so much as touch her, you’ll still go to jail, and you’ll probably be convicted. We’re ALREADY at the point where doing literally nothing can get you jailed for rape, so regardless of what new laws they come up with about what counts as rape, it can’t really get worse.
