I am listening to one of the authors, Ardagh, being interviewed on the radio as I write this. He is making some good points. Another plus is that Warren Farrell wrote the foreword, which adds credence in my mind.
I intend to round up a copy and give it a read.

Alright, well I did get the book and after a few chapters, I ended up skim reading it because all you had to do later on in my opinion was just read the chapter’s title and you know what the chapter will say basically. But what I really got from this book was the first chapter which was probably the most effective and eye opening advice that would actually change the way I will live life as a man in general which is “men need to have their own space” or something like that and I will explain what the chapter says on this.
Basically, men in the past use to hunt and work hard in the day and then at night, they need their own space to replenish the testosterone they used for working very hard. In the cases in the past, they would replenish their testosterone by just sitting in the camp fire in silence for like maybe 30 minutes to an hour to get ready to work hard again the next day. Girls in the other hand have estrogen which basically makes the women want to talk things out with people. So when the guy wants his own space with testosterone and the women wants to invade the man’s space by talking to the man about his feelings with estrogen, there will be times that the woman would think that the guy is depressed because he wants to be left alone and he would sometimes even believe it but as I pointed out, he just wants his own space to replenish his testosterone for the next day’s hard work.
Now this got me thinking. When I had to go somewhere at maybe 6 pm at night, I would first have to wait to leave. I would then maybe do I few things in the day. But by the time 4 o clock comes, I would have little testosterone left to even have the urge and motivation to go somewhere at 6 by bus and metro and be at that place to work for 4 hours. In order for me to get sh*t done, I would maybe have to get up early in the morning when my testosterone is at my highest to combat all the work I have do throughout the day(like a job or school), that when I come home, I maybe would relax for an hour and then I would do the rest of my stuff at home in the comfort of my own home. Only then, I would have the mind set and motivation to do a lot of stuff with the help with testosterone.
So overall, thanks for bringing out this book, but in my opinion, the first chapter is the most eye opening chapter and the other chapters basically say mangina things like you have to give your women your love and stuff. I just explained the best chapter in the book though so think it through before getting a book as a mgtow. The only reason why it took for me so long to do the review is because I thought that I wouldn’t do this book justice, but then I realize that maybe explaining the first chapter is worth making the review for, since it will help people understand when is the best time to work hard in the day with the help of your testosterone.
