Conjugal Rights – do they still exist?

Genesis posted an article about a pastor who denied his wife sexual relations for seven years and that got me thinking.
Conjugal Rights – do they still exist in law?
Conjugal Rights are, essentially, the right to have sex with your spouse.
Once upon a time, withholding those rights or causing those rights to be suspended, were grounds for divorce.
We don’t seem to hear about them much these days so a question for our legal members – do they still exist and are they still applicable?
If a wife withholds sex from her husband, can he cite this in his divorce application or have conjugal rights become ‘rape’?
