Genesis posted an article about a pastor who denied his wife sexual relations for seven years and that got me thinking.
Conjugal Rights – do they still exist in law?
Conjugal Rights are, essentially, the right to have sex with your spouse.
Once upon a time, withholding those rights or causing those rights to be suspended, were grounds for divorce.
We don’t seem to hear about them much these days so a question for our legal members – do they still exist and are they still applicable?
If a wife withholds sex from her husband, can he cite this in his divorce application or have conjugal rights become ‘rape’?...And in our own despair, against our will, Comes wisdom to us by the awful grace of God. - Agamemnon; by Aeschylus
Hey pastor:

"It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."
She pretty much has the right to be conjugal with anyone that suits her fancy any time. You? You have the right to pay her off when you become sick of it.
After women get married, squeeze out a couple puppies, turn into mean, fat, lazy, pre-menopausal bitches, (ETC.) the whole concept of Conjugal rights becomes a non-issue for MANY men !!
