Sadly too many people don’t see it.
So this experiment shows there is a gender bias favoring women in professorships in university’s. When you look at all education levels women dominate them all. What is even worse is when they are preferred with lesser qualifications than a man. Its the same in the work environment. Some companies are so under pressure to accommodate women simply because they have a vagina, they are employing unqualified women to avoid any backlash.

the study shows that women with the same or lesser qualifications than a man will be selected even When quotas are full. It also shows unequivocably that a woman with a family or children will be chosen at an even greater rate.

The only way this could be combated is to have quotas were both men and women unfortunately we have to leave that up to the MRA.

But it is a fantastic study to be published especially when at least 50 other studies that I’ve seen say that women are discriminated against without evidence. It disapproves every single one of them so I’m considering starting the The Academic Wall of Shame, as a website. Where people can go and see the names of dishonest academics so that there future articles will be scrutinised with greater fervour.
