College Femenism

I had to take a philosophy course, an actual requirement for my degree since apparently I need three “writing courses”. With all other section comepletely filled, I had to take the session with a female teacher. I arrive to the class, only to see that it is a textbook feminist c~~~. Really, only thing is she isn’t fat, but the rest is the whole 9. Short hair, hipster-ish clothing, constantly rambling about how great her “feminist conferences” are. Makes me sick to my stomach. Her demeanor is no exception to the stereotype; constant yelling at college students, no technical know-how whats to ever, and a very bad speaker in general. Worst thing is, that she says that fallacies (like the straw-man, or appeal to emotion) are not in fact harmful to one’s argument, instead she ACTUALLY ADVOCATES their use. Sick to my stomach, considering just how untrained she is for the job (she ha been teaching for less than a year), and yet she is allowed to teach, and teaching wrong at that. I’ve been able to block out most of her nonsense, music and very complicated equations get me through, but sometimes it gets really damn annoying. Any suggestions as to how I can block out the nonsense, I have to constantly attend lectures however due to her pop quizzes, so leaving isn’t really an option?

I took courses in college that didn’t require my attendance in class – just studying for tests and writing papers. Is your course like this? They likely give marks for attendance, which I never agreed with, but it’s usually no more than 10% of the final mark. If I were in your situation, I’d take the hit on attendance and accept a final mark out of 90 vice 100%.

I must disagree. I have tried this track myself — I have a gift for upsetting the politically correct — and the prof always prevailed. If you need a college education to enter your chosen field, then do nothing to jeopardize it. Think of the loss of time and money if you get hauled into Feminist Kangaroo Tribunal and kicked out. The FKT might rig it so that no other college will admit you. Blow it not, young Jedi.

Agreed, but do not bring Prof. Sommers up with Prof. Ms. Logic-Is-Not-Necessary. Nights and weekends only for things she can use against you in Kangaroo Tribunal.

Edit: Is it possible for you to pick up your writing credits in a summer session, perhaps at a local two year college? This might be a viable course for you. I picked up credits in chemistry and economics during summer sessions, and this saved me much time and money. The time was most valuable because I had a tough core curriculum and much studying was needed.

I am so goddamn glad I went to college in the mid 80’s. Women were exploring their “sexual freedom” IE: c~~~ carousel. One gal I was banging was also banging her teacher, 2 other students in the same class and one of the professor’s 17 year old son. She had a lot of c~~~ schoolwork. Yes I used a condom. She may have been fun as hell but who knows how many have been down her hallway.
Now-a-days you can’t look at a gal in college without wondering if she will scream “Rape! He micro-aggressed me with his eyes!!!”

Easy solution for that, you can look at them all you want….. if they start talking to you, just tell them you’re pre-med.
That’s sure to get little “stories” about their own career goals and pussy moist.

Even if she doesn’t outright think the whole sentence, her brain has already started searching for reasons to like you more than you’d originally merited.
It doesn’t work on college feminists because they’re usually man-hating carpet munchers to start with….. they’re majoring in not needing a man because it’s a socially acceptable pathway to continue munching on rugs. No harm no foul unless they start to get an attitude with you, and that’s usually because you’re both competing for women, or challenging her hamster wheel ideals.

It sounds like she’s a crap teacher. Personally i’d write whatever is going to get you a good grade and just be glad that you’re inteligent enough to see through the propoganda she’s spewing out of every orafice. Your education is more important than this c~~~s opinion and a few years from now when you’re in a good job, you probably won’t even remember her.

I had lecturers in college and uni that i didn’t like for different reasons. But it doesn’t stop when you enter the workforce either. Just keep your eye on your own personal goals and what’s most important to better your own life.

Welcome to the real world. You need to figure out how to navigate, get your degree and get out while putting up with bull that someone in power shows you find is garbage. Do what you can to survive. I would say practice a Ninja Ghost version of MGTOW in that class. You can, to hide, speak about egalitarianism and say you believe in equal opportunities for men and women and be as vague as possible. But you need to survive the class and get a decent grade. Once you are out, you can talk about it.
