Faust, when I was a kid there was a TV program called “Life is Worth Living” hosted by the Catholic Archbishop Fulton Sheen. One of the points he made during a program was that the health of a civilization can be measured by the state of its women. The exact quote:

Diogenes, like his namesake, has put his finger right on the crux of the situation: The abortion mindset helped create this monster’s “thinking”. If a fetus can be tossed away, why not a newborn? There’s only a few seconds difference between the two.

I happen to support abortion rights, just not to the “any abortion any time we want” extent feminists and other moral cripples do. I know women who had to resort to abortion for medical reasons; a fetus which failed to “quicken”, a fetus so malformed the act of delivering it would endanger mother’s life, and so forth. Because medical reasons do exist, I cannot support a total ban on abortion anymore than I can support all abortions all the time.

This monster spent 7 or 8 months actively pretending her pregnancy didn’t exist, so it was easy for her to pretend the living child didn’t exist for the time it took her o bury it alive.

This monster, however, had access to an abortion. She chose not to have one. This monster had access to the two dozen or so birth control methods available to women. She chose not to use them. This monster had access to RU-486. she chose not to use it. This monster could have been celibate. She chose not to. This monster could have given birth and surrendered the child for adoption. She didn’t choose that. This monster could have surrendered the child with no questions asked at a police station, fire station, or hospital. She didn’t choose to do that either.

Instead, this monster chose to hide her pregnancy, chose to commit murder and chose to cover up her crime.

She should pay for that. She won’t however because the Usual Suspects are already casting her as the victim. In their morally bankrupt world, Brooke is somehow the victim and not the newborn baby who choked it’s life out in the dirt of it’s grandmother’s garden.

Speaking of grandmom, I refuse to believe the monsters parents didn’t notice their daughter’s pregnancy. The physiological changes are unmistakable. We’re talking about a fit, teen-aged, cheerleader and not some 400lb landwhale who is surprised when she delivers a baby on the toilet because her morbidly obese body had easily masked all indications.

The act of giving birth itself isn’t something you can easily hide either. I’ve been present at two births, neither was mine thank God, and, along with the noise, the process is extremely messy. There’s blood, lots of fluids, and the mothers usually soils herself. There’s the umbilical cord and the placenta. You don’t clean up after a birth with a couple of paper towels.

After delivering, the monster would have left behind nearly a quart of various fluids and a few pounds of flesh on a mattress, floor, or some other surface. There is no possible way the monster’s parents didn’t know something had occurred in their home.

The monsters parents chose to ignore the pregnancy and delivery. Much like the monstrous daughter’s “magical thinking”, they too hoped that if they pretended it wasn’t happening, it somehow would go away.

Hopefully all three will go way soon.

Off topic but do we have a thread on abortion?

I never had much sex and have no first hand experience of abortion. I was raised catholic and all sex was for having babies, all contraception was forbidden and masturbation was a sin that killed potential babies.

I don’t get how abortion is murder but fapping your seed on the ground isn’t, where do you draw the line, each sperm, a foetus, fertilised cells one minute old?

Why use contraception, isn’t that terminating a potential life?

Why be against abortion but pro the state executing prisoners?

Why do anti-arbortion folks oppose healthcare and welfare so much. Are born babies worth less than unborn?

Why allow support a government to invade and destroy whole cities if you are against killing?

I see people with signs against abortion and signs asking someone to break in so they can be legally killed.

Why oppose abortion and also oppose things that are proven to save millions of lives like vaccination?

Should terminally ill people suffering in severe pain not be allowed to abort themselves, why not?

So many questions and contradictions.

Turns out that after the newborn was buried, it took two months for anyone outside of the family to suspect something was wrong.

The police and detectives started a case:

Based on a phone call from the baby killing, cheerleader slut’s doctor that said he last had an appointment with her when she was eight months pregnant and when his office called her a few weeks later she said ‘I lost the baby.’ Which made him suspicious.

I agree with Old Bill, I think the entire family should be shut down and imprisoned. Liquidate everything they had and donate to adoption services. It’s possible that perhaps Dad was not a part of this (though he should of), but there’s no doubt that the girl’s mom encouraged and assisted in this act.

The thought that only 5 years is the sentence for this is utterly ridiculous. She and her mother are clearly suffering from mental illness, but there is no way this can be allowed to go with such a lenient sentence.
