I think most of us would agree we’d rather just get a pay check from work then something we had to go barter with

I’d rather get paid in gold or silver than private bankers green pieces of paper. Paper has very little real value, I can go to the store and get whole stack of paper for about 5 bucks. I’m surprised more people are not disgusted with this monopoly money. More people need to become aware what the banks have been doing. The consequences of allowing this to continue are uglier than what most of us can even imagine. For many people the realization that it’s time to complain will come when they are beaten to a pulp for complaining.

And absolutely nothing stops you from buying silver or gold with your cash. I’m glad I get paid in cash, because again, if I got paid in gold every week it would be too much of a pain in the ass to have to carry around the tiny amounts of gold you’d have to to pay for every day items. Gold is at 1275 and ounce right now…what an annoyance it would be to have to carry around small enough pieces to pay for that 8 dollar pizza I had for lunch…you’d have to carry gold dust around to sort out 0.006 ounces. So much easier to just swipe my card and be done with it.

I don’t know what would be worse, that, or bringing in a knit hat and a package of bungee cords and seeing if either would be acceptable barter for a pizza.

If I pay in gold, I accept silver for change. I think maybe MGTOW should worry about being infiltrated by more than just the little woman.

Doing the maths I never own a credit in my life. Credit cards gives rebates on mostly things I don’t need, or things I spend too little money on.

I have debit cards for convenience though. And it have some discount too.

I usually pay in cash, if I cannot afford it I don’t need it. The only loans I will take will be investment in real estate, for tax reason, and rent pay off the loans a lot.

There is no magic in MGTOW, just recognition of the truth and logical decision how to avoid dangers. The red pill is but the truth, it is no magical potion. Do not think in this modern world men have no longer have natural enemies, men are prey to women and government.

What did he think about it? I’m saving money…my monthly payment went down a little!

This is exactly why new car leases are so popular. Not only do the dealer’s get someone to pay off the heaviest years of depreciation, they also get back a low mileage car in excellent condition at a wholesale price that they can turn over again at retail.
The average lease consumer is only concerned about driving a new car every three years at the lowest amount that they can pay monthly.
Many people only care about how much they are spending monthly, and are not concerned about the overall picture.

Yeah its insane…my last car I bought 2 years old for 8000 dollars and kept it for 11 years. That would be the equivalent of a 60 dollar a month payment. A quick google search just out of curiosity is telling me the average car payment in the US is just shy of 500 a month. That 400 a month you can save by buying a quality used car and driving it for a long time invested and compounded over the 40+ years many of us will spend driving and working is more than enough to make you retire a millionaire.

The funny thing is the only people I know who give a f~~~ about what other people drive are gold diggers and people who put themselves into massive debt for a fancy car. Basically…the only people who care about what I drive are people whom I place no value on their opinions anyhow. If you got spare money and want to burn it on cars its as good a hobby as any, but digging your own financial grave and hopping in for the sake of driving nice cars you really can’t afford is a quite foolish yet popular thing for people to do.

@awakened, they also go over it with a fine tooth comb and charge exorbitant depreciation that can add up to THOUSANDS! You’re better off drowning the car forever in a deep flooded quarry and report it stolen for a full reimbursement value on the lease.

I’m honest and don’t f~~~ people, my truck is 15 years older than any lease return and I’m gonna run it until it’s dead or the frame broken in two again!

Yeah its insane…my last car I bought 2 years old for 8000 dollars and kept it for 11 years.

That’s what I’m teaching my son. We’ll be out driving and see a billboard for a new car lease, and I say lets do the math. For example, the lease is $250. per month for 3 years. The $250. per month price also requires about $2,000. down. So, to drive that car for 3 years @ 36,000 miles will cost you approximately $11,000. Then I showed him some comparable late model used cars on line in that same price range with low miles, and I ask him, “Don’t you think this car will last you a lot longer then 3 years for the same price you would be paying for just using the new car ? ”

It’s a no brainer for a 13 year old, but there are plenty of people out there snapping up those great lease deals daily.

Basically…the only people who care about what I drive are people whom I place no value on their opinions anyhow.

    Exactly !!!

From my understanding, if you’re ready to jump into a new lease and start the process all over again, they put the comb away as long as there is not any real damage or your way over with your miles. Otherwise, they have nothing to lose and will try to extort a few more bucks out of you before you get out the door.
