That’s dumb as s~~~. They are basically making it so there is no defense from a false accusation. And by making text messages that show contact after the event which is a way to disprove the accusation harder to use as defense.

This is a repeat post, but as I’ve said before this is the result of the Jian Ghomeshi trial. Ghomeshi had evidence that proved his innocence and he beat a sexual assault charge. He won fair and square and the feminists were p~~~ed!

The feminazis want the courts totally rigged in their favour. For sexual assault cases, they want to eliminate the ‘assumption of innocence’ and replace it with the ‘assumption of guilt’. They also want, as far as possible, to destroy the defendant’s ability to prove his innocence…

Well the Ghomeshi trial was pretty big here in Canada. Ghomeshi received flattering texts and emails from his accuser after the alleged assault. IIRC, the accuser was caught lying too. It was pretty much impossible to find the guy guilty with all the evidence Ghomeshi had in his favour. The feminists went ballistic after that…
