I fully agree, and the population was naturally adjusting in modern Western nations until the oligarchs began forcibly relocating third world citizens from around the world to bump the populations back up.

There are way too many people in this world and not near enough resources. The elites do not care because they have the same or more resources since they own the system and take most of it. But for the rest of us, we get less and less because it has to be spread around for more and more people.

It’s a natural reaction to not want to bring another life into this world and force it through the same s~~~ grinder. The really poor don’t care and they think only of their own comfort, cannibalizing their children to take government benefits. The rich don’t care, they can afford it. But everyone else, it’s a mess.

I suspect something will give in the near future. Because things are getting worse and worse, and the rich don’t want to pay for the poor they’re pulling in, and I think the middle are getting real fed up.
