Campus Sexual Assaults: Legislative battle begins

The current procedures on campus regarding sexual assault allegations have been predicated upon an order by feminist in general Mr. Obama through a letter from the education department and campuses were threatened with loss of federal funding if they didn’t subscribe.

One of the more nasty provisions was that men who tried to defend themselves would have the fact that he even tried to defend himself as a sign he was guilty.

Democrats have bought this order hook line and sinker.

Now it is making it’s way to the senate and, unsurprisingly democrats have made a coalition of women who are against due process to push their bill enshrining this legislation as law of the land.

With senators openly hostile to due process including Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.), Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) and Kelly Ayotte (R-N.H.). McCaskill said the bill has 33 co-sponsors: 12 Republicans and 21 Democrats. “That’s a bipartisan coalition we don’t see every day in the U.S. Senate,” she said.

All courting the female vote, females are 51% of the electorate and voted as a block, as they were taught in women’s studies classes, 70% voted democrat for Obama.

Both California and New York states have instituted these laws on the state level with nary a peep of discussion and lauded them as victories for campus women who accuse men of rape no matter what the evidence says.

Now congressional republicans are fighting back with a bill that reasonably makes reporting these cases to the police mandatory and limits the actions colleges can take on students merely accused of the serious crime of RAPE on campuses.

These are republicans.

But men still see dems and repubs as being gender neutral. They are not. Women know it and men are political fools.

The usual female pattern of:

1) Victim narrative;

2) Jobs for the girls.

Same as the domestic violence industry. The usual ploy of seeking jobs and funding for women funded by the tax payer. Men need to stay away from those situations and reduce their opportunities to play that game.

It’s all a big fraud. Erin Pizzey wants to see Harriet Harman or Hilary Clinton get done for fraud. She has a point.

Women can not stand the idea that men are not under their control. A man is a fool to so much as step foot on a Title IX campus.

There is no legislative battle. Men have lost the political fight, for now. When you combine the votes of females who hate men, the white-knight males who thing they’re just supporting equal rights, and the naive youngsters who dont know any better, there is no contest. The numbers dont lie. Men are the target, and nothing is going to stop it in this generation, or the next.

The only recourse is to have as little to do with females as possible.  Take away business from them, refuse to do business with them when you can. Let them see how difficult life is without men around to do the difficult, mentally challenging work. Quit defending females from attacks, let them do it.

Males are slowly being relegated to the status of black men in the Deep South during the pre-civil rights era. Just looking at a female will be enough to imprison us, or worse. Just as black men were accused and killed, imprisoned, castrated all on the mere accusation, so shall it be done to each of us.

There is no stopping it. The government has reason or incentive not to pander to the victimhood of females. The majority of voters are on the side of the feminists.

I plan on leaving, if I can.  I am pushing my two sons to leave NOW! Get out of America before its too late.

I agree. It will take the Supreme Court Mullah’s to decide if men will have due process rights in this country. I wouldn’t count on it.

I can’t believe how s~~~ty and extreme liberals/democrats have become. 10 years ago, I was all for equality and all that s~~~. They were a much better option than the war mongering relgious freak republicans.

But now it is the exact opposite. I hate how much the democrats have turned the west into a bunch of pussies.

American politics have a huge effect on Canadians. The USA is a huge reason we have so many c~~~s in Toronto ramming feminism down everyone throats.

Hopefully the red side wins because we have had too many years of pussification. It is time to go back to being assholes.

A backlash against this bill occurred almost instantly:

We are not at a point to analyze “due process,” when many survivors are publicly shamed on their campuses, when charges against assaulters can be dismissed out of hand by administrators, when an assaulter is allowed to sit across from a survivor and shout down their story.

If we are to truly believe in due process for all, we must prioritize the needs of survivors first and foremost.

This is amazing and it makes a terrible impression. My impression is human rights only apply to everyone until a woman claims she was victimized on a campus by a man!

Forget due process, forget “Innocent until proven guilty,” throw the man out of classes, and kick him off campus. I’ve been aware of this for some time but the logic used to keep it around is absolutely astonishing!

Is there a male only college in the USA? If not, It should be built and built very big as all men should choose this school. We should boycott all other schools. This would create the safe campus they claim to want.

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities. This so as to learn as much from misunderstanding as from understanding. Taking pleasure in worthy opponents and making language fluid and flowing like a river yet pointed and precise as a dagger. Contradicts the socialistic purpose of language and makes for a wonderful linguistic dance, A verbal martial art with constant parries that hone the weapon that is the two edged sword of my mouth.
