I’m in the 9th year at my job and I was called into HR for the first time. It wasn’t about me they wanted to talk about. It was about another employee I had never met. He is a new hire about a month ago and doesn’t work for my department. All I told them is that I had never met him and would not be able to provide any information about him. Can I leave now? They motioned me to go ahead.
It appears to be a start of a witch hunt against him. Even if I did have any info about him I would have given the same answer. HR consists of blue pilled men in my workplace. What is with these morons? I’ve had witch hunts directed towards me in the distant past and it’s never ended well for the other party. They always found out I had the time, knowledge, and resources to really f~~~ them over. The witch hunt ended abruptly every single time. The last one ended up paying me for my departure. It would make my day if HR gets burned. I’ve been a ghost in that place since I started and it’s going to stay that way. smh

In my experience the way to crush HR is know Policy inside out and backwards.

I find this highly effective with female managers too.
I also like to drop in employment law, employer responsibility and employee rights.

I also ensure I carry a notebook, a bunch of keys and my phone which I will have switched onto record.

Having the phone handy looks innocent when carried alongside other items.

I have seen a few witchunts and have been on the receiving end of one smack bang in the middle of my separation from my now ex wife and also at the same time my father killed himself.

The beauty of this is that I am – if I may say- now hard as nails while the Idiots who initiated the witchunt have stagnated.

I’m not a vengeful man but sometimes you just have to be someone’s Nemesis.

Yeah. It appears as if he is already guilty until proven innocent. Especially in today’s f~~~ed up society. Again, I would love to see him totally burn them. In the past when I burned HR they were forced to resign. Good luck to him anyway.

You know, lets say it is a witch hunt, and he is innocent.

Why the f~~~ would it matter.

If he aint smart he’s screwed either way.

HR look to be doing minimum required (investigate).

Even if they find nothing, he may be let go.

Because they sure as s~~~ wont fire what I presume to be a female in this case. Cause you know she’ll sue. Its what they do. Every. Single. Time.

This is one of the reasons why I stay at my current company. It’s rather unlikely to be a victim of a witch hunt. Roughly half the company is blue collar, and maybe a 3rd of the white collar folks came through the blue collar ranks. It’s generally known that those that disrupt business will not be looked upon favorably. You’re expected to be able to take a joke.

Much of the management are rather no nonsense, and don’t put up with much crap. This means that most of the women don’t want to challenge them, and probably get a bit of the tingles. These women are also on the ‘country’ side and are rather crass themselves. They could be hit with harassment just as easily as men could in most cases.

Really, as long as I don’t blatantly pursue a woman at work, I don’t have much risk.

    Ok. Then do it.

Many people believe HR is there for their own benefit. The true nature of HR is to protect and benefit the company, not the employees.

I hate it. Can’t go a year without getting pulled into hr because some whore got triggered about a coworker. Always a woman complaining and notifying hr.

The more women they hire the more investigations.

They don’t even disclose names to us. They just grill us about describing an event that they cannot confirm or reveal. You know what happened they say. Or, did something unprofessional occur recently in your work area?

    Gestapo.

I wonder how many times they spawn an investigation off of news they didn’t even know.

I feel for young boys just starting out. You have no chance.

Why is it always like this everywhere?

I’ve never seen a masculine HR manager but I’ve seen a lot of GM whom are very masculine.

Is HR reserved for weemen and soy/sissy boys?
