I definitely struggle with whether I pull the trigger now and just end it knowing what will most probably happen is inevitable, or ride it out as the infractions have been “tolerable” and there is still some good. I don’t want to become the enemy and go scorched earth if there’s no need. I may be wrong here though.

Answers:
Married over 10 years.
No kids between us.
No chance of kids. She was snipped many years ago. And she’s too old. We’re both on the backside of our 40’s.

Over 10 yrs is a big NEGATIVE.

No kids or possibility is a big PLUS.

Consider that even if you don’t “pull the trigger” on divorce, she might, at some future point. You could even ask her today if she is happy with the marriage, and she could say “yes” and still pull the trigger on you next year.

If you PLAN on pulling the trigger, then THAT is what you must do. Plan. Then plan more.

If you live in a house, find a justification for moving into an apartment. Live there for a while to lower the standard of life that a court might say “she has become accustomed to”. If you have any student loans or personal debt, consider liquidating long-term assets to pay them off. You’ll get into trouble doing certain things AFTER the divorce process is underway, so do them BEFORE.

If you are a woman going to walk through Rapeland, you should wear a chastity belt and carry a gun. You should plan similarly if you are a man that may have to walk through Divorcerapeland.

What puzzles me is that our organism has a total of four chromosomes where only one is unique and that one belongs to us males. You’d think the females would respect natural reality. Statistically, females are slightly more than half the whole human population and live longer. Quite a bit to unpack there!

When I had to shop for a defense attorney in 2004, he told me, “Either fifty grand and you’ll win in the ‘she said he said’, or a thousand and the pre-trial intervention classes for six months.” Like I had a choice? After six months, the (female) judge dismissed the “case” (Ms. Huge Boobs OCD filed the affidavit owning her guilt that was ignored by the state AG) WITH prejudice! Yeah. When she came at me with the frying pan, I defended with slaps over the head—open hand and the previous day she put her heel in my sternum so hard it could have killed me! It was a tempest in a tea pot that the local sheriff’s felt worthy of padding into the highly lucrative business of “justice”. She was the one who just had to have my big dick. That never “came” up. The defense attorney went on, “Look. The pendulum has swung their way now. These are your realities and choices.” Lesson learned. I saved forty-nine thousand dollars. The attorneys must hate those pre-trial intervention programs.

It is truly a crime what you and others have had to suffered through at the hands of evil, entitled women and the enabling, rigged legal system. I do not use the term “evil” lightly. Taking unethical & malicious actions in order to destroy another human being because one feels entitled to their suffering (and NOT in self defense) is the epitome of evil. That is just another form of stealing an individual’s power, eliminating or reducing their choices to gain something which has not been earned.

Samurai Gent: Absolutely. All the guys here are about solidarity in unjust retribution, as best as I can tell. If you do write any creative pieces, I like your writing. This blog is in that utterly unique and quintessentially human medium. There’s nothing like it.

I don’t take the term “evil” lightly either (spelled backwards and the opposite of “live”). I find these testimonies here on MGTOW heart wrenching. Going public (and every entry is so) this way in solidarity is hugely fascinating. Here’s another one to not take lightly: “complicated”. What simplifies unraveling an intractable Gordian knot? It seems to be a money grab in most respects one way or another. Greed for money and property where children are treated as objects and property—chess pawns (I lost my first game to MGTOW and I’m proud of it). There is no Sacred Peace when those battles are being fought. Notice MGTOWs becoming free testify to the great value of peace. It’s more precious than gold.
