It’s unconstitutional for a state to secede from the Union. Even if it weren’t and California wants to leave, then good riddance. That’s the Democrat’s biggest electoral college state, and that will mostly guarantee a Republican majority every time. But it’s not going to happen anymore than Texas threatening to leave after Obama got reelected. Just a case of sour grapes.

The California libtards need a reality check.

This “Calexit” s~~~ is just the effort of the combined butthurt of libtards. There’s no way the federal government would let California secede; the fed would lose a big reason to keep printing money that keeps the system and the welfare gravy train running.

No way the Democrats in other states would support this. To lose California is to every single presidential election. The 55 electoral votes California holds is the Democrats’ strongest weapon; if they lose that, then that means the Republicans will conquer the White House for a very long time.

And finally, California is stuck with the United States because it needs the Colorado River. If California secedes, Nevada and Arizona (especially Arizona) can finally give California the middle finger that they’ve always wanted to give to California, and take the water supply for themselves.

I must admit, a part of me wants California to secede. The s~~~storm that’ll ensue within California would be quite entertaining. As if the high tax rates and the illegal immigrants weren’t enough to make this place terrible, the libtards deciding to cut funding that supports their lifestyle was, in their eyes, the smartest choice they could make. That doesn’t make any sense. It was just a supreme court decision. It can be overturned. The entire point of the American revolution was secession. The civil war can be justified in that the south attacked a US military base.

But if a state wants to peacefully secede, there shouldn’t be any problems. They may want to reintegrate later in the future once they iron out the reasons for the secession.
