is it worth it buying a small apartment building and living in it. I’m thinking good retirement income and can travel. plus it would be funny watching women’s reaction change from “you live in a small apartment” to you own a apartment building. are their ways to hide your income from rent or is their any point

yes that does seem like a bit of a ruse.

I do remember my first post. Be careful what you ask for.

Well it depends on the purchase price, the sale or rental value you can achieve for each flat, maintenance costs, insurance costs.

You can’t just ask is it a good idea it might be, it might not be how much cash have you got to put into it who will manage the building for you.

Why not buy a couple of repossesed flats cheaply live in one and rent out or flip the others.

Make a profit buy you next one. I wouldn’t go straight to an entire building. Making money out of property is not easy as all the TV programmes make it seem

You just don’t buy an apartment building without a fair amount of resources to put on the table as well as having a fair amount of resources in reserve.

I got my ass kicked when I first showed up because I spoke very gynocentric early back then. Study the community and know the difference between showing up and barging in. Nobody knows you

my friends and I are trade’s men. we’ve been discussing how many years we have before our body’s say no more. we also travel. I could start a business, but am well aware of the work required to make a go of it. f~~~ that. just want something that can provide a flexible income when I’m older

flexible income means I can adjust money to company or my earnings. I think single male tax will be a thing in one form or another. hiding money in gold and sliver they charge way to much for the transaction.
