But have you ever considered that the company that you work for, might just be bulls~~~ting you, straight up, about your wage garnishing and their supposed lack of ability to give you a raise??

An accountant major explained this to me.
The gist of it being that when you come into a new job if you are able to take note of any of the booking information of the company itself and their overhead costs that it’s probably likely that the companies mandate on low-to-no raises is entirely just a badly planned corporate business structure template??

Financially speaking, society wants to put you into a tax bracketed box. Cutting to the f~~~ing cheese here, if you ever want out of that and into actual success beyond the ceiling, you’ll develop the ability to bulls~~~ a bulls~~~ter.

Now it’s a long standing suggestion that you can’t bulls~~~ a bulls~~~ter. I come from a family of gamblers and gypsies, I would otherwise straight up tell you considering I don’t much adhere to their …well, whatever the f~~~ it is that they think they’re doing.

At any rate, observing the KISS Principle for a minute here (Keep It Simple, Stupid):
The first things we learn are that nobody in the world of business likes the word: Profit. Because, most people are cognitively aware that the usage of the word Profit usually means that they’re getting ripped the f~~~ off.

Late game into any job, this doesn’t work. But early to mid game, it’s plausible.

The first thing that you have to understand is that established corporations are exactly that: established corporations. There’s a design here called Planned Obsolescence in which they financially calculate from the get how much your position and even your advancement will get you versus their overhead cost versus how much you contribute AGAINST that cost. This can function and work a little bit better if you live in a socialist country, but if you live in a capitalist country such as the U.S. this is extremely common and I would not recommend it despite it’s tantalizing benefits.

In a Capitalist environment, hit up the smaller but yet still stabilized businesses, These are your business mongols, your wannabe tycoons. The egotistical bastards that think they know what they’re doing but actually have no idea what they’re doing at all. The benefits won’t be as great here, but your advantage of cognitive awareness will be much more useful to here as there is less of a defined ceiling or pay cap…if, of course, you know how to talk to these slimy f~~~ing bastards at the heights of their accountants…

And the way that you do this is very simple:

    Your name is Jack Schitt.
And as Jack Schitt, after your probationary period you should be entitled to a customary merit increase if your wage garnish is around .86 (cents) above minimum wage at the very least of things per your state in the U.S.

Sixty days down the Schitt Creek, you realize you deserve another merit increase. Or rather, you come up with a really good f~~~ing lie on why you NEED a merit increase.

Ninety Days down Schitt Creek, and you’re still feeding these egotistical bastards “seems legit” bulls~~~ excuse after “seems legit” bulls~~~ excuse, (and it really doesn’t matter what excuse it is: “my girlfriend’s pregnant (and then later she miscarries), my mother has cancer: (and then later you “go to visit her”)

And eventually you realize that these f~~~asses are nothing more than your mathematicians bastardized with some smug smirks of ego. And at about that point, your small company will have no idea who you are, and also no idea that you’re covering your own ass semi-comfortably instead of them ripping you the living f~~~ off.

But let’s say you take this a step further.
Let’s say you decide to live with a roommate, and tell your company you’re up Schitt Creek about your finances because your roommate is your ex-girlfriend, drug-addicted relative, or something of a heartstring.
Or maybe you’re living with a couple people, but you still keep the truth to a minimal level since you don’t socialize with your co-workers at all because business is strictly business.
If you bulls~~~ it well enough they’ll believe it.

Maybe even give you another raise… >_>…<_<…>_>…<_<…>_>…

So by this point, you’re putting away a few hundred dollars in savings month because you exploited Corporate Capitalism by Corporate Capitalism itself through a few tactics that fall into the lines of doing so. You lied about a bunch of aspects of your life and some emotional bulls~~~, but that’s okay because they lied to you from the beginning about ever being able to afford helping you.

And therefore my friends, you have
On how to survive near minimum wage working for small companies whom have large company egos.

Welcome to the real world, assholes.
Money ain’t f~~~in s~~~, and neither are their words.
Try it out a bit as a social experiment.

The only reason the rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer, is because no one ever educates the poor on how the rich got rich in the first place. So when you run their own system against them, they’re already too f~~~ing aloft in their own high levels of egoic disconnection to the world so they just benefit you even though you’re lying about as well as they are. No, it doesn’t take them down…but it does however raise you up…to another platform…where you can gain another platform, and so on…until eventually, you take them down for being the s~~~f~~~s they are.

As for a more Corporate AmeriKKKan structure, I mean you really don’t have that much of a chance. The only way you get a leg-in to a higher up is sort of by knowing someone who’d do it for you and really business is pretty much 75% who you know and 35% what you know.

    Interesting.

Assuming the labour participation rate is at current levels and employers are investing in new technologies and/or unskilled labour plus relocating outside the United States with falling job creation and female affirmative action – Jack Schitt will be subject to the following :

A feminist work force ———-> unemployed (female worker)
A minimum wage work force ——> unemployed (cheaper worker)
A roboticised work force ——-> unemployed (robot worker)
An unskilled work force ——–> unemployed (unskilled worker)
A Mexican work force ———–> unemployed (Mexican worker)

    Sorry Jack — Schitt happens.

It should be common knowledge by now that promotions and raises go to well like people. Unless your highly skilled and essential to the company you will be ignored. It should also be common knowledge that if people can find a cheaper replacement you will be replaced.

Large businesses get money hand over fist every year, even in slow economic times like this, the money goes to CEO’s, company expansions, new technology and owners. The problem with so many human beings is we just get more and more expendable.
