A man and independence…determination and skills. This is so cool.

    God bless peace and freedom.

actually, the only valid criticism would be that the cabin is at high risk of burning in a forest fire in July/August months. It would be better to clear the tree line by a good 40-50 yards all around. Otherwise, fantastic.

    God bless peace and freedom.

… and he actually didn’t build it for himself but donated it. What a noble man.

But smart as well. Using this log cabin as some kind of practice in a sense of “yes, it can be done…”, he will even more easily be able to build another one for himself eventually, having learned all sorts of things and skills from having built the first one before…

I'd rather die a natual death with a clear MGTOW conscience somewhere off the grid than one within "modern" civilisation with a big stress mark on my forehead and a couple of dozen tubes plugged into my body. Back to the plantation..? Me..? Hey, literally: I won't ever fucking kid myself...YZERLMNTSIC

A little to far out there for me, but hey the concept is WONDERFUL !!

I thought it was somewhat funny to think that he purposely built it so small so it wouldn’t have to be inspected, or be built to code. REALLY, he’s concerned about a Building Inspector in the absolute MIDDLE of NOWHERE deep in the woods on private property which is buried in snow for the majority of the year ?????

I think he should have built WHATEVER the Hell he wanted to !!!!

Having fewer rules and regulations would help many a man go beyond his initial plans and build something that would even surpass his own expectations. It’s all about having control over the little guy.

Know when it is your duty to give them zero explanations for your actions.

Mine won’t be log or in the woods, but this my route.

Everything inside will earn its place by being an indispensable tool or emotional attachment, and I got rid of my childhood teddy bear.

I failed to realize in my youth that I was the prize. I was going to work. I was going to earn. Little did I realize that due to feminism, that no longer meant I had to share. Road soon, Desert after.

I wouldn’t want a cabin in the snow, but I would love to have one by a river. Someplace I could wake up every morning and fish. And grill all day and sit by a firepit and drink a few beers while the dog runs around.

My problem with building s~~~ out in the woods is if i die in the middle of the woods i am completely f~~~ed or even i just get badly enough injured.

Id end up freezing to death in the woods and then having teenagers do drugs in my cabin and use my skull as a football. Even worse is if i die and just outright decompose in the middle of the woods preventing me from being an eternal mummy for future generations to see.

All that would be left of anonymousysam is part of his skull that get nawed on by other animals.

Just an east coast asshole who likes to curse, If you get offended by words like fuck, cunt, shit, piss, bitch or any racial slurs then you just scroll down.
