Brussel's sexual Harassment Law a failure!

It all started with a documentary shot by hidden camera in the streets of Brussels and broadcast in 2012. Street harassment ( cat calls and other juvenile deeds ) against women rolled off on tv screens and created controversy.
At the time, politicians seized the subject. The Minister of the Interior, Joëlle Milquet, had even created a law.
“As soon as you harass a woman and you have a clear, direct and rapid sanction by the municipal authorities, you will see a reduction of this kind of practice which is unacceptable,” declared Joëlle Milquet at the time.

Today, the Interior Minister, Jan Jambon, announced a report for 2015 with only three cases registered for the entire Region of Brussels. ( Population: 1.181.272 )
“It is a failure. The law against harassment in the streets does not bear fruits. Faced with the insults to which many women are confronted, it had been adopted in order to prosecute the perpetrators of gestures or displaced words. But by 2015, only a few complaints were recorded. It must be said that it is often very difficult to provide evidence.”

Could they ever conceive in their hateful biased head that street sexual harassment doesn’t happen as often as they’d like to believe?
Could they ever tell themselves that weemins ALWAYS exaggerate a man’s “unwanted” behavior?
I walk throughout Brussels very often and what I see are guys simply looking and sometimes nodding to each other when a good-looking woman happens by, but that’s all.
I’m not saying street harassment doesn’t happen. It does. Only it doesn’t come from Men, it comes from teenagers and young adults.
Feminist confuse boys with Men, we all know that.

Oh, I have no illusions it was a good thing, Lynx. You’re right, now that their witch hunt has born no fruits they’re going to tighten enforcement and invent transgressions.

My experience is that it’s mostly women who do it anyway, especially when in groups when they wolf whistle at men.

It’s time they criminalised the aggression and mental health of these women who deliberately get into positions of power to use their hatred try to make up these laws to persecute men.

The United States election has pulled the sheets from over their heads because they voted for a “misogynist””pussy grabbing” president so the world will adjust (cooperate sexual assaults,false rape,DV,etc) and you will see more of governments and companies turning a blind eye like this in the near future. They’re already talking about defunding planned parenthood all of a sudden as well as the NFL canceling pink october.
