But seriously, my ex has a few friends that could never hold down a man. One is 45 and hit the wall like a ton of bricks, the other is 40 and is going through the death throes of baby panic. And the 40yo is decent looking, and relatively intelligent…it’s just that guys have smelled the baby panic since she was 35yo. It’s funny to analyze the situation. Because based on their history I can only assume the marriage strike began to take root in Gen-X, grew into an actual demographic in early Millenials, and is now becoming the norm in younger Millenials. My guess is the younger Millenials grew up on the Internet. The women couldn’t pull their shell game all the time, before sites like this came to be.
