Hi there guys. Sorry for the self serving topic. Would just like to say thank you so much to the MGTOW community, if it weren’t for you guys I never would have been able to achieve this goal.

I haven’t been posting much for almost a year, I’ve been too busy. All the 60-70 hour weeks just paid off, because I closed the sale of my first house today. A five bedroom, in Tempe, Arizona. The plan is to rent rooms to help pay the mortgage while also working to put more money in the bank.

This has been my goal since I got out of high school and the MGTOW lifestyle has helped me avoid all the bulls~~~ that might have kept me from this achievement.

I know I have a lot of work ahead of me, as a 5 bedroom house doesn’t take care of itself. But I’m young and pretty good at home improvement.

This is the beginning. Hopefully one day I’ll have a bunch of rental properties.

Good for you, economist! Keep pursuing your dream. When I was 23 years old, I was wasting time at a community college, and dating a girl that didn’t care about me—but that didn’t stop me from swallowing blue pills.

"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)

Great job! Owning your own house is absolutely FANTASTIC! Just make sure you’re smart about renting out those rooms. Do full background checks to make sure you’re not renting to any criminals. And keep everything spartan. They WILL use your stuff without your permission. They WILL steal your s~~~. They WILL abuse s~~~. Live like a cheap ass college student and don’t have anything that you care about or that’s worth stealing.

For f~~~’s sake, when I rented out rooms a guy had used my f~~~ing sex toy when I was out of the house. I only noticed because it was full of pubes and I ALWAYS clean it THOROUGHLY after each use. That was the last straw and I stopped renting rooms. Thankfully I didn’t really need the money, I just wanted to make some extra money. But if I have to worry about whether my sex toy is clean or not, THAT WAS THE LAST STRAW! I shudder just thinking about it.

EDIT: Oh, and DO NOT have a safe or other “safe” place where you put s~~~ you care about or you don’t want your tenants to use (like your sex toy). They will do everything they can to snoop through it if you do. If I were to do it again I’d put my f~~~ing sex toy and other toiletries and hygiene products in the car and keep my keys with me at all times.
