Bitchy Culture at Work

So, as most of you know, I have launched my career and found a pretty good position that is a bit of a supervisor position; alas, it is in SJW infested California. I work in a very specialized machine shop for a very important company (sorry, I’m paranoid about guarding my employment). Anyway, I was tasked with following one of our senior shop techs and documenting his process for one of our products. He was difficult to convince and ultimately he caved in but decided to come to work at 2:30 am to do the process for me to learn from him.

So after putting up with his little passive aggressive bulls~~~ of forcing me to essentially work for two days straight, he starts acting buddy-buddy to me and apologizes to me for having to come so early to work; I don’t even care if he really felt sorry, I got the info I needed. Anyway, he starts complaining about our upper management and whines about how he has been trying to get his daughter a position as a machinist and for some reason she never gets hired. Of course, he immediately accuses our company of sexism. Admittedly, the job isn’t rocket science; hell, we even have a few former taxi drivers. So I pry a bit; I ask, “Does she have an interest in the job?”

-“yes”

“Is she certified as a machinist and has she attended trade school?”

And then his mother-f~~~er shuts up. What’s with this victim mentality that has completely f~~~ed up our country? Why is this even a thing? Is this just f~~~ing everywhere or am I just in a hell-hole? I am sorry, I can’t get past the Red Pill Rage, when I constantly have to deal with mangina and feminist bulls~~~ like this. I really am trying to beat it, but I just can’t. I’m almost always irritated.

Yes, you got it when you asked, “is this just everywhere or am I just in a hell hole”, when you were referring to the victim mentality , the answer is yes, everybody(most people) thinks they are a victim, yes it is everywhere, and yes you are in a hell hole.

Yeah, she is currently just a secretary at some bus company. Other than this guy’s word, she’s got nothing. I’m willing to bet $50 each of those “taxi drivers” that got hired at least did some machining time at a shop and had it on their resume.

Well apparently she knows how to run a tractor, that’s all I was told. While it’s all nothing she couldn’t learn, there are clearly people who have been doing this type of labor far longer than her and, more importantly, they have former employers and evidence of their experience on their resume. Hell, maybe she is a savant at machining; but, I can tell you one thing, it won’t get her the job if she doesn’t have the “paper’s” that back that up. Then again, I guess she could always cry sexism and they will likely cave in if she really wanted to go that far.

@arc actually I like to read this kind of subjects that are about jobs and you explained very well. So you dont need to feel sorry. We can get away from marriage and personal relationships but cant avoid them at work. Its other type of topics that I dont click on because I dont really want to know anything about what Kardashian did, or whatever their name is.

I will also have to give an answer after an interview I had and Ill have to decline a job paid with about $1000. Thats maybe close to the minimum salary for the place that has the job. I wanted to post a topic and ask you guys if I should take that job but Im sure that all will say no. Sometimes I dont know if Im less tolerant than you about women but I think I am since Im unemployed and I decline jobs.

It would be nice if this were true. I agree with Redpillbible, that yes it is everywhere and yes we are living in a hell hole. At some point, it does become our problem, because it is just everywhere.

A woman at work is a lawsuit, period. A woman in a machine shop (even a qualified one) is a lawsuit and blood all over the place. You all know this.

Women and libtards have raided every male space imaginable, and this is a real problem for men. We do want to focus on the work, but at some point it’s just not worth it.

The SAD thing is not only does this Man think that the company owes HIM, this is evident by making YOU jump through hoops, He also thinks this company owes HIS DAUGHTER. Really, even if she was trained/qualified who the hell wants 2 C~~~s from the same Family working for ya ???

To be honest, I do not fully understand your question. Where you being paid $1000/month? Year? What kind of job is it?
