    Surely a “miscarriage of justice”? Most women are a bit crazy at least once a month and diminished responsibility is an accepted female right isn’t it?

    She’s serving in a mental health facility. As soon as she figures out how to fool the psychologists, her 20 year sentence will get reduced to time served and she’ll get out.

    I am just surprised she was not given a full pussy pass for diminished responsibility and then sent to the mental asylum indefinitely (until she cries enough to look sorry and learns to act normal enough to get let out). This way around it is illogical. If she is mad then she has diminished responsibility but an indefinite need for care and rehabilitation. Its no good to let her out in 20 years if she is not sane again yet. If she is sane enough to be held responsible, why is she in the nut house not in regular jail? Someone here is confused.

    I was just beneath the women’s cells in Jail downtown. Man, I could hear the WOMEN Wailing ALL night above me. Its truly amazing just how much they use who they really are to get what they want.
