There is no amendment that gives the right to bear gum. There is, however, an amendment that speaks to the right to bear arms:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

That is the second amendment. You don’t equate taking away gum from children with taking away guns from adults.

NONE of this has to do with guns for children. And nothing here has to do with the run to bear GUM.
