Steinem is too slick to be pinned down by Maher, and he’s too deferential to press her. But his point is valid.

There is a long list of things done to women that would be serious crimes if done by a male citizen of the US or Europe. Maher names some of them.

In the West, feminists are destroying men’s lives for making a joke, but they say nothing about how women are treated in third world lands.

When a feminist pretends to care about “women in other countries”, I can’t help but snicker and SMH when there is plenty wrong with what’s going on right under their noses right here. I mean really. They don’t give a f~~~ about their own men, but pretend to give a damn about women on the other side of the world?
