I mean will the housing market boom because more houses are needed? Or will it collapse because no men will buy homes?

Will the stock market go up or down with more people staying single?

stock markets are rigged by the central bank. If they print excessive amounts of money, stocks go up. BUT, the purchasing power of the dollar goes down.

If MGTOW is to grow exponentially then the political and social narrative would change to a very much pro male one. No longer would the media or goverment push the gender wage gap or anything of that type. All sexism towards men in the legal system would be abolished, alimony payments would end and the welfare state would see massive reform. Far fewer men would live in poverty and far more would have access to higher education. Simply put I am going to guess that if a large number of men where to become MGTOW. Then I would say that men would for the first time in history advocate exclusively for men. For women I would say there political,social and economic power would evaporate. Weak women will be proverbially killed and eaten. Either way the average man would simply be better off.

Interesting question.
I suspect we will see more and smaller homes such as apartments and condos in lieu of larger homes.
Our economy may be headed South (think Venezuela). Women may not be able to extract resources from men as they do now.
I don’t see women changing voluntarily unless something catastrophic such as societal collapse occurs.

I think some men will buy homes but smaller size. I have bought a 1250 square foot home because it’s all I need, want a yard for the dog and a place that is my own. I have one MGTOW friend who does similar.

Fewer marriages, marriages ending in divorce more quickly, less co-habitation, and less “dating”, the female share of consumer spending will shrink somewhat. It’s around 80%, if I remember correctly, and, while it’s not going to drop to 50%, it won’t be 80% for much longer.

That means less frivolous purchases and more valuable purchases. Think of it as a change in emphasis.

For example, you’ll see fewer “McMansions” sold because fewer Princess Barbie dreams are going to get funded. On the other hand, you’ll see more “real” homes on larger lots sold because men will be buying something of real value for themselves.

Less jewelry, less fashions, less nightclubbing, more activity focused purchases like boats or bikes, more good liquor, more steaks. You get the picture.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

I suspect more men will buy men’s “toys”. Drones, IT, stereo equipment, car stuff, any tech toy. They’ll have more money to spend on themselves on top of their savings.

There’s a flip side to that. Women tend to spend more because they’re banking on getting a man to save for their retirement. They’ll spend more to get a man to the plantation. Those phony pregnancy kits, makeup, etc. Anything women can use to trap a man will make a lot of money as they get more and more desperate.

Micro homes are becoming a trend. I think that will continue as there are fewer and fewer kids. It also allows developers to squeeze more lots/homes onto their property.

I personally think the housing market will be a little better for the buying side. Men will still be buying houses, but now there won’t be as many men sharing their houses with women, which means there will be more women who have to buy their own place.

one MAJOR big picture change will be in the numbers of people in the workforce. More and more jobs will be given to the Machines because of the ever dropping numbers of people who can go out into the field and do the jobs. Yes, there are more women in college than men, and they are getting more degrees than men…………….but as you already know, they aren’t taking over stuff like construction, science, exploration, etc. All those jobs where men were the main workers are going to be getting harder to find workers for because now men don’t want to put up with the subpar educations they are getting in colleges. As we’ve said on here many, many times, a diploma in Gender studies doesn’t do you much good out in the job market. If they are lucky, push-button warfare will be something that women can handle. I have a bad feeling that a lot of men aren’t going to want to sign up for a job where sexual harrassment can be anything from poking a private to saying hey to a seaman. Fighting enemies foreign and domestic will take on a new twisted meaning then, and believe me. I’ve already seen some of what can happen when you have women out to sea on a ship where the male to female ratio is overbalanced one way or the other. I’ll say what I like saying in situations like this: “Interesting days lie ahead.”

My opinion is that MGTOW will have some effect but the majority of it will come from the ruined and
men disenchanted with female relationships. Majority of those will never know of mgtow but will
probably adopt a semi mgtow lifestyle.

But as we know, most men are prepared and willing to lead frugal life styles and no doubt it will
have some effect on consumerism and consumer confidence in general.

No freebies for lazy people in the future. Man or woman, no one will be able to ‘feed off’ another. If women are really smart, they would know this and reform their ways accordingly but that’s equivalent to utopia.

Speaking about the positive effects, I think people will finally start respecting one another, whether the want to or not, because that is the only way ‘favours’ would work. No manipulating, no entitlement, no ‘man card’, ‘woman card’. Each person would get only what he/she gives back, what he/she deserves and nothing more, and laws re-framed to make sure nbody gets ‘less’.

More incentives to improve social evils like poverty,difficulties in education, development od under-developed places, and don’t be surprised, gender neutrality too I believe; though I won’t get my hopes too high.

MGTOW have a unique perspective.
We are not in the women driven economy. Women demand luxury (they are SO worth it) houses, cars, and so on and so on. Even if their husband is poor, you look at the woman vs the man and you see where his cash goes. Her upkeep (or increasing her girth). If she works that’s her money, and the husband’s earnings are also her money :). Want to see a true beta blue? Does he let her manage the finances? That’s a true beta blue. My father may be a blue but he is not f~~~ing nuts enough to let his wife manage the finances. Plus he is a very good accountant so he can manage it well.
I picked up my fathers knowledge on money and have done well. Want a stock tip? Buy general products companies. If the economy craters or soars you get good returns. Things like Toliet paper, cleaning products, baby food and so on. That s~~~ (pun) will always be needed.
The real-estate market is rocketing again. Anyone else feel deja-vu like its 2007 again? You should. New debt instruments like 2007 are the rage again, women are demanding luxury houses again. This s~~~ won’t last beyond 2017.
In Europe a number of state owned banks are trying out NEGATIVE INTEREST RATES!!! This means that above a certain level of savings and they start CHARGING you to keep your money. This is to force more money into the economy and increase the velocity of cash. F~~~ers are penalizing people for saving.

Yeah, without US Fed massaging the real unemployment rate hovers around 22%. In Europe the real numbers are 30% to 40%. So much for the world recovery.
As MGTOW we are in a good position to be frugal and spend our cash carefully. If your immediate family has upwardly mobile women and beta blue men, talk to the men (father, uncles, brothers) and ask them how they are prepared for the future and convince them to have some cash on hand even if they have to hide it from their leech… wives I mean.
Next 4 years promise to be interesting.

All of this stuff sounds great but you forget one thing, AWALT. How many women can adapt to the changing landscape as quickly as men? They will drag us down screaming and ripping our flesh with tooth and nails before any of these changes are implemented. The only way I can see this going down is a complete collapse in society to have true change happen. But I hope you guys are right and I am wrong it would be great if changes were made without drama.

The good thing is men are still in control of the economy, infrastructure, and government for the most part but it is slowly changing. If America gets its first female president you can bet the US is going down the toilet and win. Drastic changes need to be made in order for society to get rid of the evil feminist religion.

I don’t think there will be too many changes when it comes to housing, except maybe more condos being built for the increasing number of cat ladies. MGTOWS in general seem to prefer owning property with land, so the (existing) housing stock will just be bought up more and more by single men rather than families. I do see however a shift in spending trends and the economy in general. I believe it has already begun to split into two overall categories. The cheap-and-disposable ‘trendy’ stuff that women typically buy and the expensive-long-lasting quality things that men usually buy. As OldBill said, MGTOW are more inclined to buy stuff that has real value. If MGTOW numbers continue to grow we might see the return of true quality to products and services. This might even mean the return of some manufacturing from China back to the west. We might also see a renaissance of the quality DIY manly hobbies that our grandfathers used to have, now that more and more men have more time and resources to invest in them. All these things will greatly improve the quality of life for MGTOW and other men in general as a side effect, whereas women will get more and more depressed and lonely in their condos filled with all the cheap, useless, outdated crap.
That was the optimistic version, but even if the s~~~ hits the fan, MGTOW will have the grit and resources to weather anything out, and maybe even laugh about it, since for men, material things are nothing compared to freedom and knowledge.

You are seeing the beginning of it right now. Women vote for social programs to help single moms. women will seek the support of government instead of men. Huffington had an article about regulating male masturbation like they do abortion. Mcmansions will become multiple generation or multi family/roommate dwellings. Men won’t have a monopoly on power. 60% of college degrees go to women. Trump if elected could be the last white male president. Certainly the last republican. Debt will explode out of control (it is everywhere). It doesn’t matter that people have less kids, there aren’t going to be jobs and resources for them anyway. The world is going to hell.
